Finally spoke with Ricardo and cleared the air, which is all I ever wanted. He is a standup guy and there are times things don't go as planned. It can happen and all deserve a second chance.

A new Leitchfield installed.From the moment the estimate was given to the end of the work performed they were most professional. They were on time to work finish the job when it was supposed to be an even re-planted some trees that had to be dug up during. It all most was sad to have the work done because they were so enjoyable to have around. I would most definitely recommend them for any job that you need done they were knowledgeable and professional.

Woods representitive arrived when expected, ran camera to inspect plumbing lines. Hand dug holes to expose septic lids, opened and cleared debris to. help diagnose posible cause of plumbing problem. Suggested solution and sources for proper inspection and finish work. Note: Work suggested was not a service Woods provided. Representitive was efficient and professional. I would recommend Woods Plumbing anytime.

Leak discovered in water supply line and consulted with them by phone to develop an action plan and follow thru was done to completion of repair.

They are excellent and I have used them for other things.

First of all, Woods Plumbing is timely and very professional. The employee not only fixed everything that I had spotted myself, but went beyond that to ensure that all the drain pipes were clear, not just the one I was aware of. He also discovered one of the toilets had been been attached incorrectly, and he fixed that. He also discovered several other issues, such as the fact that the old dishwasher didn't drain. So, he helped me install a new dishwasher, hooked up water piping for a new refrigerator, etc. These were all legitimate--he showed and explained to me the problems clearly and I know enough about plumbing to recognize the problems when he showed them to me. I was very pleased by the work. Even though the final bill was over $1,000, it included two solid days of work. A few months later I called Woods Plumbing to see if they would do the propane pipe work for a new furnace I was having installed. Instead of trying to take that work for themselves, they directed me to a better solution without getting a penny themselves. I highly recommend this company.

I have had many experience's with them and they were all very good. They always know what they are doing. They are easy to work with as well.

They were quick to see me. We have used them for almost ten years. They seemed to be knowledgeable in what they were doing. They were courteous and polite. I never had a problem with the price. I was always happy with the quality.

I called one day and they came out the next day. They brought the water heater, installed it and took the old away, all in about 2 hours. I called different companies in the yellow pages and they were the only ones who could come out so fast because my water heater was leaking. I would have liked them to come out the same day I called, but they were responsive coming the next day.
