+ -1 moreCompany took over a week to call me back after telling me they could be there the same day. Called twice during the week to find out the status of when they would be coming left messages on their answering machine, but never returned call. Finally found someone else to do the work. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: Stopped by their offices on Tuesday morning 7/3 to tell them I needed someone to come out and check the plugs in our garage. They said they were busy but would be there late that day. I left all phone numbers to be contacted at, but never heard from them. No response from them on Thursday (Wed was holiday), and no response from them on Friday. Never even got a call stating that they would not be able to come by or even if they had taken the rest of the holiday week off.

One thing that stands out is his willingness to show me the part he took out of the well and I could visually see the broken part. Absolutely wonderful service from the get go and I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Replaced a submersable well pump. He arrived on time, was very courtesy and gave me the feeling he knew what he was doing. 18 months later the well pump continues to function properly. I have confidence in their knowledge and I appreciated they showed up on time and finished the job when he said he would. That is very important to me!
