+ -1 moreWe know the people personally that run it, so we were happy with them. They are just thorough people and do a good job. I thought their price was fine because it's a set price that they charge in the community. I'm currently using them again right now.
Description of Work: We used Bayside Realty real estate services when we bought a house. I think their fee was 6% of what the house was valued at.
