I made the appointment with Norma in the office. It was supposed to be for 11:00am on Saturday. By nearly 1:00pm, we were still waiting and wondering whether we should try to find another company. Finally, Richard calls and tells us that he's sorry, but he just got the assignment and was on his way. From there on, it was a perfect appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He knows his business and for the same price as was quoted, instead of just rethreading the ball-chain, he removed the entire vertical blinds, fixed the problem and rehung them. He also fixed several of the slats that were broken. Awesome experience except for the late arrival. Some suggestions to their office: Give a two-hour window. Everyone's accustomed to that. If you only give an appointment time, the moment that time hits, you're late and we're miffed. If the technician is running late...call the homeowner and tell them....BEFORE the appointment time. Believe me, we will think you're really awesome and on top of things! Anyway, thank you Richard, for fixing the verticals and for being a pro!

Delivered as promised within specified time period, hung drapes, cleaned up after herself. Overall an A rating. No complaints at all. Very pleased with Norma and the work she did.

I'm VERY unhappy with Unique Enterprises. I was told it would take 7-10 days to repair my shades. It took 20 days. I rarely got anyone on the phone when I would call to enquire. And when I did, I spoke to someone named Gerardo. He didn't seem to care that I was unhappy with the service. I made it known MANY times that I was unhappy. He never apologized or made me think he understood that I was upset. I would request information one day, he would promise to call me back by the end of the day. It would take two more days to get anyone on the phone and when I did, Gerardo acted like my request was new and that we hadn't spoken two days earlier. He NEVER made it clear that he understood I was upset with the service and the delay. I don't think I ever got through to him. Richard was supposed to deliver my blinds today, 4/23, by 4pm. I requested a 6pm delivery but he said that was too late. I changed my whole day around to be here at his requested time. When he didn't show, I called the office and got voicemail, AGAIN. I found Richard's cell number. At 5pm, he was still an hour away from my house. He didn't get here until 6pm (my initial requested delivery time). In NO WAY would I EVER use or recommend this company again.

They were very efficient. They came when they said they were going to come. The pricing was not the cheapest but it was deemed reasonable by me. They cleaned up their mess afterwards. It seems like a good, quality product to me. Overall, their service was good. They delivered the quality product they said they were going to deliver. They did make one mistake in the order but they came back and rectified it so I don't have any issues with them.

We have actually used Norma twice, a few years ago we needed drapes for the bedroom, and paid about $800 for those. My wife was so pleased that she decided to replace the living room drapes. They look lovely hanging in our living room.

I need to have my blinds restrung. I did a google search and found that this company does restringing. The company had good reviews and it was near my work. I called and found that they would allow me to bring in my miniblinds and pick them up to save on delivery costs. I was quoted $35. It is a little office that I took my blinds to. They were very nice and said they would have them finished in 4 days (including weekend). The day they were to be finished, they called to say that my blinds had an unusual part that they would have to order and before they ordered, they'd have to establish a financial relationship with the particular manufacturer. In spite of that, they had the blinds finished the next day! I was very impressed! Then I got to the office after the office staff had left, but one of the technicians called someone from another building where they were making blinds. He came immediately to help me and the price was $5 less than the quote!!
