Description of Work: I asked 4 vendors for a new garage door and opener estimate. They included Costco, Mesa and one other Angie's List vendor. Pioneer was the most professional from the initial phone call to the installation.

Description of Work: Garage door would not close or would stop and open back up for no reason. No amount of tinkering helped. Very courteous and informative on phone. Very prompt, even called 20 minutes before arriving. Was on time, literally down to the minute. Spencer was professional. knowledgeable, and competent. Diagnosed problem and fixed faulty sensor. Also recommended/suggested that I consider changing rollers, which I did. Now, the garage door works as it should. Gave a 30 day labor warranty. Well done.

Description of Work: Installed custom garage door with mechanism and outside code entry. It was an old refinished door that was very heavy. They have come out repeatedly to tweek it due to the weight of the door. Very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.
