Description of Work: They sold me and installed Garage Doors. A couple of the glass pieces on the garage door were cracked (not their fault - probably manufacturer packaging). They are ordering to replace them at no cost and will take care of it all. They are very professional and have been amazing to work with.

Description of Work: A spring broke on one side of the garage door. They replaced the spring along with the other three. They suggested replacing all but I had planned to do it anyway. Excellent everything but the price could have been lower. Just another proof that you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: I ordered a double and single garage door for installation. They called when they were on their way and arrived within the block of time they provided to me previously. The installation went fairly well and the technicians were professional and polite. I was a little concerned when they couldn't get the big door to close and open correctly and began to place blame on my perfectly functional opener. However, they kept at it and called one of the more experienced techs who identified the issue as being the method they used to install the weather stripping. Once they fixed it, everything appeared to work fine. Original estimate of time needed was 5 to 6 hours but ended up taking almost 8. Wasn't a big deal to me as I cleared my calendar, but to some it may have been an issue. Overall, my experience was pleasant. One tip is to get multiple quotes from different vendors as they may be willing to work with you if their pricing is a little high.

Description of Work: Garage door has great problem opening in morning- sticking. Guy worked on door. Seemed to fix it. But it was its usual working self after a few tries. It had the same problem the next morning.
