Mission Concrete

Description of Work: Mission Concrete removed my asphalt driveway and some rickety slab steps replacing them with a concrete driveway with brick trim and poured concrete steps. | |In the beginning all went well. The price was well within my budget, and they arrived promptly each morning. They removed and disposed of the old slabs and asphalt. The driveway with the brick trim and new steps are beautiful. | |The problem was that when the job was all finished, my yard looked like a dump. There were broken pieces of concrete all over, trash from lunches left where it landed, leftover bricks lying around; nobody had made any attempt to clean anything up. | |The next day the foreman called and asked for the remaining payment and when I told him about my yard, he immediately apologized and said he would be right over. He and another worked arrived, cleaned up everything including sawdust left in the patio, told me that my yard should never have been left that way. I agreed.

Description of Work: Removal of old driveway. New driveway, patio, and brick planters. Really like the design and overall look. Somewhat disappointed in the quality of the concrete - color variation and variation in roughness. Also have some slight pooling of water in a couple areas. Juvenal very easy to work with and aims to please. Concrete problem not his fault - just bad luck for me.

Description of Work: Juvenal and Kamealoha provided an excellent level of service for a fair price. Juvenal was kind enough to visit a second time for discussion of the project and timing so that I could fit the work around some travels and some tasks I had to complete and also to get the nature of the work down perfectly. His execution was flawless. Work was excellent and price was very fair - not cheap. Got value for my money. | |I manage real estate for a living and I am looking for projects I can use him on. I would absolutely use Mission Concrete again and have already recommended him to others.
