Larry E Cole Garage Doors

I called Larry E. Cole Garage Doors for a second opinion on a garage door that would close all the way, but then reverse. Another company had come out and attempted to fix it and it worked for a few months, but when it malfunctioned again within the warranty of their service call and they came out again, they wanted to replace the circuit board and/or entire unit. That seemed extreme for a unit only 6 years old. The technician from Larry E. Cole Garage Doors came out, made several adjustments to the track, springs and made sure the connections inside the unit were clean and working properly (something the other company failed to check). He adjusted the position of the door as well. He confirmed for me that it was not the circuit board and that it had nothing to do with this particular problem (thus confirming my suspicions about the other company). So far, the door is operating fine (no reversals) plus it is a more quiet, smooth operation. The technician was very good about explaining what he was adjusting and why and actually showed me the connections inside the unit.

He arrived on time and preformed the work in less than 1/2 an hour. The door now operates much smoother with the two spring set up. The price was about half what a competitor was asking. I would certainly use them again and would recommend this company to anyone in my area.

Everything went well. He was on time, provided a great price, and showed up on time. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend him in the future.

Called to schedule an estimate and was given an estimate of $310. Decided to go with them and got an appointment for the next day. He came and did all the work in about 2 hours and the price was exactly what he quoted. Everything worked as expected and I was very pleased.

Larry called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He and a helper arrived ahead of time, explained what they were going to do and then replaced the garage door. I was working inside, and as promised, he called me on my mobile phone when they were completed. He charged exactly what was estimated.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES. THEY USUALLY COME OUT WITHIN 1 OR 2 DAYS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS REPAIRED THE PROBLEM WITHOUT REPEAT CALLS DUE TO PROBLEMS. THEIR SERVICE CALL PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS. THAT'S ALL THEY DO. THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH. THEY'RE A LITTLE ABOVE AVERAGE. THEY ARE CONTRACTORS WHO DO PROFESSIONAL QUALITY WORK.

WE HAVE USED THEM TWICE NOW AND EACH TIME THEY HAVE BEEN THE BEST PRICED AND HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT. THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY AND WE HAVE HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM.
