It turned out well. He did a good job. He was efficient. You have to move your own furniture.

Don and his team were very diligent about cleaning the carpets. We had a few spots we weren't sure were going to come out, yet we couldn't find a trace of them when he was done. It took a couple of hours to go through our place which maybe 50% of it was carpeted and he leaves you with all furniture and chairs back in place on small styrofoam footies so the carpet can dry as quickly as it can. He and his team do not make much small talk, they are just really good and make their way through your place. If we ever have a need with our current residence we would happily call him again.

Mr. Hageman was very polite and punctual. His prices were reasonable. Our house is long and 2-stories and he worked around this. Everything was very neat and clean afterwards. A professional job.

Don and Rob were on time (after calling to reschedule the day before) and very courteous. They went out of their way to ensure the furniture was protected. They did a thorough job of cleaning, and were also very quick (about one and one-half hours). Although Don could not promise all of the cat-vomit stains would come out, in fact they did. I found the price reasonable and the service satisfactory. They did have to use my hose and needed a sheet to use as a drop cloth.

We called Hageman's Carpet Care because they had received some good recommendations on Angie's List. Wow! Did these guys ever work hard! My husband and I were immensely pleased with the work of Don Hageman, the owner and his assistant, Rob. They worked for six hours straight. They were assiduous in cleaning the carpets crevices, corners and stains. They even moved furniture out of the way, or set it up on special pads to get to the carpet and keep it dry. They were polite, prompt and readily communicative about their work. We will definitely use them again and we have already recommended them to our neighbors.

On time. Excellent price. Quality work. Will definitely use again. Very trustworthy. Honest about what could and could not be done. Cut to the chase. How refreshing! Found them through this list. Am so glad I did! I would recommend them to friends.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS GREAT. THEY CAME WHEN I CALLED, AND THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, AND I WAS VERY HAPPY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PEOPLE WORKING WITH HIM WERE NOT AS GREAT AS I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN THOUGH.

HAGEMAN CARPET CARE DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT CLEANING OUR CARPETS. ALL OF THE PET STAINS AND OTHER STAINS IN THE PAST WERE REMOVED.
