Self employed , my son is small part owner, between the 2 of us we can handle most plumbing diagnostics and repairs or replacements. Minimum service call $88.00. We will quote total price before work begins if too much we say have a nice day. No subcontractors used but have many references if customer choses to hire themselves.

Description of Work: They replumbed my house and incorrectly soldered a shower valve inside the wall. It leaked for weeks before discovered and ruined the floor and sub-floor of the bathroom. They became unresponsive when I asked them to pay to replace the floor. I tried to work with them for months to resolve the issue. I finally had to sue them in small claims for the cost of the floor. I won the suit and the floor was replaced.

I noticed that the toilet was loose after the tenants moved out, so I tried to tighten it. One side tightened, but the other side did not appear to be grabbing anything underneath. So I got Rick's name off Angie's List. When I called, he said that if it was simple, the repair would be included in his standard $88 service fee. He graciously came right out that day and fixed the toilet. He replaced a broken bolt, the wax ring, and the bolt caps. Hence the extra explense over his usual service charge. He also left an estimate for some other work I am considering doing. I live some distance away, so was not able to meet him. But he presented himself well to my new tenants. What a blessing.

The work could not have gone better. Plumber showed up on time, completed the work quickly (it took a few hours), it was done right the first time, and the cost was quite reasonable particularly compared to large chains or franchises. I'm a picky customer and am very pleased how this experience went. I will use this plumber again for my plumbing needs.
