Elegant Cabinets

Overall we're happy with our new kitchen. However it took much longer than expected. We signed the agreement on January 14th and the project was completed on June 1st. We were without a kitchen for almost 3 months of that time. They are a small company with no depth in their staff. If someone is out for any reason or they have projects conflicting for the same staff the work can stop. This happened a few times, which added to the delay. There were a few occasions where we caught errors in the work that they were aware of but did not correct on their own. Once we told them we wanted it corrected, they did not hesitate to fix the problems. The customer must stay aware of the details of remedies needing to be done, as they often sent out workers without specific instructions of what to do. I found myself making a list and referring back to it many times. The granite installer they chose was terrible. They said they would be looking for another one for new projects. With all of their challenges, they did care about making us happy and doing what it took, even after we had paid them in full, to make sure we were satisfied. That is why I answered that I would use them again.

We were very happy with them and the work that they did. They were very clean and did not leave a mess in the house.
