Canfield's plumbing

Our water heater went out last week. We've been in the house for two years and the water heater, a Whirpool, had been put it by the previous owners. It's still a new neighborhood for us so we looked for a plumber online. Found Mike & John's and liked the look and the thoroughness of the website, as well as the Bob Marley they had programmed to play when you clicked on. Nice touch. So we called and got Mike immediately on his cell. They came over within a couple hours and attempted to get the water heater to work but eventually reported that I was going to need parts from Whirlpool. They also let me know I was still under warranty and spoke directly with the Whirpool reps to discuss which parts to send. They told me to call as soon as I got the part and again showed up promptly when I did. And when they discovered that the parts they'd requested still didn't fix the problem they spoke again with Whirpool and an additional part was sent. They came over a third time and we now have a functioning water heater. Mike and John could not have been more prompt, upbeat and helpful. And for three visits and the multiple phone calls they made to Whirlpool they only charged me 65 bucks. There will be more plumbing adventures in the future and while I don't look forward to that, it's nice to know I've got these two guys to call and some Bob Marley to remind me that "every little thing gonna be alright."
