The backyard drainage was tedious and took all day to cut through the roots and blast through the dirt built up in the pipes. The serviceman was very professional, kept me informed every step of the way. I was very impressed with the work and the honesty. The only drawback that I have to say is the price: the bathtub unclogging costed $155 (I know other companies generally charge about $100). The backyard ended up costing $2000 for the day - it was very labor intensive and it had to get done, and probably I would have been able to get it done more cheaper if I shopped around, but the service was so professional that I was willing to go with them.

After going through several other contractors we hired SGV. Nearly all of the other contractors did not even have a license (make sure you check the California State License Board CSLB to make sure the contractor is licensed). Our original contractor spent a month, but SGV finished it in only a few days and it was raining! Very professional and thorough. Well worth the extra money to get it done right. Highly recommended.

They were terrific. From my first phone call to the end of the job, everything went perfectly. They were really nice, they came on time, their prices were great and the job was really well done. They even sent me a thank you card afterwards! I've used other plumbers in the area and there was always a problem - they wouldn't show, they'd be late, they're sloppy or their estimate was way off. Not so with these guys. The guy who came was neat, fast and seemed really smart. And the price he gave me before he started was exactly what it was. And I knew from internet research that the price was actually pretty good. They were ultimate professionals. I'd definitely recommend them.

One plumber AND a journeyman plumber showed up to do the job. They both worked for about 4 hours total. They cleaned up all debris and were polite to my wife. I am satisfied with the quality and materials used on the job, but I do feel that the price was high. However, they are honest, and they performed as promised. I would use them again.

WORK WAS CLEAN AND NEAT, I LIKE THAT THEY WEAR PROTECTIVE COVERS ON THEIR SHOES WHILE IN THE HOUSE AND THEY DID SOME SMALL ADDITIONAL REPAIRS AT NO CHARGE!

THE JOB REQUIRED 2 MEN, ONE UP STAIRS AND ONE DOWN STAIRS. THEY REPLACED ELBOW TRAP LEAKING FROM UPSTAIRS TUB BY GOING THROUGH THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM CEILING. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
