Reboot Computer Repair

I never could get the computer in my office to successfully install an updated version of a program I use daily at work. I came across this company in a search and decided to give them a try. I called (late one evening) and spoke to Jeff. I explained my issue and he asked if I would mind if we did a remote desk top so he could see exactly what was going on. Long story short, after sharing screens for about an hour, Jeff had not only fixed my problem but made suggestions and a few other changes to my PC. When he was done, it was easy to see he had improved the way it ran, the windows booted up faster than before. Jeff was very knowledgeable and friendly, he took the time to answer all my questions, I was quite pleased with the overall experience. I didn't have to take my pc and drop it off somewhere then wait a week to get it back, that's the best part of it all.
