Three times wrong part. Then came out put it in and said ok it is fixed left right away. I came out to see the dishwasher was not working. He set it on wash. He said it was fixed and left. I came out and it was not working. It will not work.

Chris was very professional, explained everything he was doing and I felt secure in his knowledge. As far as I was concerned he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was checked out, replaced and/or removed, solved the problem and made sure everything ran properly. I was absolutely in a panic because I had a lot of laundry waiting to get done and some that just needed to dried. He mentioned some ideas that could help me be more aware of things I could do to possibly prevent a recurrence of the same situation again. I am so thankful that Chris was on time, got to the bottom of the problem and let me know their work was guaranteed. He made me feel like if I had any questions he would welcome them. Thanks much, Chris for solving my problem and saving my day!

Our freezer is "chilly" again thanks to Chris and Brandon. Very professional, yet like a good friend. Came on time and was very prompt with getting the replacement part and installing it. I would highly recommend them.

Got the contractors information from this site and made contact immediately. Chris made sure to get out the next day and was on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the part on site. He said the part would cost $350.00 plus the labor and initial service charge. Total charge was $520.38. With our fridge being worth over $1,800 it made since to go ahead and have the part ordered. He aid that it would take about 1 week to get the part and would stay in contact. A few days later I received a phone call from Chris saying that the part came in and he was in my area ready to install it if we were home. I called my husband and arranged for Chris to come by. My husband said that he walked it with a bag and had the part installed in less than 5 minutes. We were excited, only to realize the problem was not fixed. Our fridge won't cool below 60 degrees but it says its 34 degrees inside. I have made numerious attempts to contact him and his voicemail box is full. I have text him and he won't respond. I have looked him up in other ways to gain any other phone numbers and all are disconnected. I have 4 kids and can't use my fridge. This is so upsetting and I hope that reviews like this will stop what seems to be a scam. So many other red flags as well...the name and license number are not the same on the business cards and invoices.

He was very knowledgeable about the problem with the oven. We had 2 other persons who charged us a lot and the problem was still there.

Should be organized with regard to parts ordering. Repairman arrived this morning with a part but it was not the correct one. Said he lost it. UPS had delivered it to him but cannot locate it. Now I wait another week possibly.

Repaired our Freezer of a problem that's been there for years. So good to have an appliance that's working properly.

The repairman was on time and he fixed the problem. I was surprised he had the part and fixed my dryer quickly no need for a return visit.

Great service. I even called him about another issue directly. My garbage disposal sprung a leak a few weeks later. I has replaced one in another home about 10 years ago but I knew he could do it a lot quicker so I called him directly.
