+ -1 moreTHEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND EVEN IF ITS A FALSE ALARM. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE ALARM THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF HERE IN NO TIME AT ALL. I THINK THE PRICE IS REASONABLE FOR ONE MONTH.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY RESPONSIVE IF THE ALARM EVER GETS TRIGGERED. THEY CALL US IMMEDIATELY AND IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO REACH US THEY START CALLING THE PEOPLE ON OUR CALLING LIST. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE PAST YEAR AND ARE SATISFIED.

+ -1 moreTHE THING THAT IS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THEM IS THEIR RESPONSE TIME. ANYTIME THE ALARM HAS BEEN TRIGGERED THEY CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY EITHER BY MY HOME PHONE OR BY MY CELL PHONE. I FEEL VERY SAFE WITH THEM WATCHING MY HOUSE.
