I am giving Balke roofing an excellent review. The workmanship was beautiful, they have a great crew that were quiet and kind to my Tenents. They did the work perfectly according to each detail we discussed. We are planning more work for them soon!! Thank you Balke roofing !!

Excellent, absolutely thrilled with our roofing project. The whole job was completed in a day and a half. We have set up additional roofing projects on our property in the near future and have referred Balke's Roofing to our friends/neighbors.

The appraisal of the job gave me best and worst case scenarios. They showed up on time everytime and finished on schedule. Strait lines and finished edges. Tie in is perfect. The crew was hard working and truly skilled. Plus they were very pleasant and approachable. I have Balke's roofing ordering parts for a second job. Next year I'll have them quote me the cost of reroofing my garage.

Johnathan Balke gave a straight forward bid, did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. The crew was careful, the job site was cleaned and all debris removed. Overall an outstanding job, I highly recommend him and his company.

Johnathon is extremely professional in both character and workmanship. When he schedules your work, he is on time and works on it till it is completed. He doesn't jump around from job to job. He focuses on your job till it is done. His crew is well trained and work hard. Johnathon is always available if you have any questions. I asked a lot of questions and he was very calm, professional and answered them all. I was even on the roof with him asking questions. He is very easy to work with. A rarity in this day and age. If you are looking to replace your roof, he is the one you want. My words dont explain what a good and professional experience this was. He is top notch!!

There were multiple postpones on this job, no of the contractor. As soon as the materials were available my roof was done. I live 2 hours away from their main office, but that wasn't a problem. They were there for two and a half days each day they cleaned up after themselves. The workers were very professional and very polite. I strongly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Balke roofing enough. He did an excellent job on the roof itself, it looks so great and he was able to turn it around very quickly and did very high quality work. However, the thing that stood out the most to me was his integrity, work ethic and patience with me. I live in SoCal but needed to coordinate getting my roof redone. Jonathan was so compassionate and kind and because of the urgency, made time and an effort to get it done asap. In fact it worked out that he was in the area and he made it happen within a few weeks. Further, he made sure to keep me updated, worked with me to get him the funds via wire and he even offered to get my grandma medicine when she was sick while he was working at the house. The roof looks absolutely amazing and it is so hard to find hard working people like him. He is such a good person, an excellent roofer and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Balke's Roofing was very professional. I especially appreciated how they kept us apprised of any potential problem areas with our very old roof and gave us options on how to approach them. They were honoring and we felt very well taken care of. They actually came in under the original estimate and worked very quickly. There were no re-inspections and the permit was signed off with the inspector saying he was impressed with the work. Johnathan and his crew were professional on site. We hardly knew they were there, besides the sound of power tools. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The reroof was exceptional, on time and reasonablely priced. I Would highly recommend this company.

The crew with Balke’s Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. The job was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up after each day. Other than the obvious progress on our roof, you wouldn’t have known they had even been there by looking around on the ground outside our home and garage. The crew was courteous and friendly and the owner, Johnathon Balke, was very accommodating and easy to work with. They returned all my calls and showed up on time when they said they would. In our area that’s an uncommon trait with many other contractors. I don’t hesitate at all recommending Balke’s Roofing. It was amazing to deal with an honest and on-time contractor who also delivered the best quality work.

The job went perfectly for me. They showed up, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of the day, and when they were done, I had a beautiful new roof. It rained really hard the very next day, and there were no problems. The inspector came out today and it passed with flying colors. The inspector told me that these guys always do a good job. It was no stress for me and my elderly Mom. Her insurance company was going to cancel her home owners policy cause the roof was 22 years old and I think fire danger. Balke's roofing was doing a job across the street and they came by after work and gave us a quote with a color chart of what we wanted and next thing you know a delivery was made and time was of the essence. I'm happy with the work and happy to say Mom and I our insured for another year thanks to Balke's roofing. Jdm
