+ -1 moreThey were very good, they came in and measured it, gave me a price, ordered it, and they were here in less than a week to install it, and they did a good job. When he ordered the carpet, he ordered in error, 15 ft width, and it didn't come in 15ft width, and I had to wait extra for the carpet to come in, but they picked up the additional cost because he made an error. When the man came out to install the carpet there wasn't enough carpet so they had to order more carpet.
Description of Work: I had some carpeting put in by North Coast Carpeting.

+ -1 moreSince the pet odor was my main concern, I was disappointed that they did not do that; and they did not tell me that they couldn't or wouldn't do it.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in LR/DR; and 2 rooms upstairs. I asked them to treat the pet odor spots in the LR/DR; which they did not do.

+ 0 moreI told them I lived in an apartment and they said they would still be able to do the work for me. They got to my apartment on the 7th floor, and said they actually wouldn't be able to do my cleaning since all of their equipment is truck mounted. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls in a very timely manner.
Description of Work: I called them for upholstery and carpet cleaning.
