Could not find a problem. Failed again a few days later. Came back promptly, identified a controller board, but VERY expensive including installation charge, so we declined.

The work went well. He showed up on time, knew what to do and fixed it. He also warned me that the problem may be caused by bent vent pipe and may reoccur if it gets bent again. My only issue was the initial response time and the time to get someone out. I think it took almost 2 days to get back to me after I signed up with Angie's List. Then it was almost a week before they could come out. Overall a good experience. Would call again.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful . Very glad we called them for dishwasher service .

Our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a wash. We called Kelly's Appliance Service and they sent an excellent technician named Dane out to our place within a few hours. After removing the defective water pump, Dane found a new and upgraded replacement pump in their warehouse but would not be able to install the pump until Monday morning. After he left he called back and told us that the pump was going to be delivered to him and he would be back within an hour to finish the job?which he did. I am impressed by the very timely, thorough and professional manner in Kelly's Appliance responded to our needs. By the way, not all appliance services take care of 11 year old washers and stock replacement parts. Several appliance repair businesses would not even service our old washer or come our and determine what was wrong.

On time. Received courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival. Had replacement part on hand. Total time on site less then 90 minutes. Price was resonance. Tech was courteous and polite, left behind no evidence (other then a working machine). Final price was a few dollars under quote.

Dane was a wonderful tech. He did a good job of quickly assessing the problem and had the board with him to fix it. He had an honest conversation with me about costs and asked important questions about my 'love' of my appliance or not as to be most cost effective. He also shared with me the cost of the control board and what Kelly's would charge me, which was less then the cost showed. In addition Dane helped me resolve an issue with a screw on my dryer, which just took a few minutes as we waited to check on the Fridge after the new board was installed. Dane was professional and I appreciated his time.

Our refrigerator/freezer went totally dead. After calling Angie's list we called Asians (? spelling) Appliance. Because it was an emergency and we would have to wait 3 days they offered companies to call that they would recommend ( we really appreciated their concern). We looked again on Angie's and picked Bell's appliance We found out that Bell had retired (something to take note of) and Kelly's appliance center took over. We called and they responded in the early afternoon. Mark didn't have the computer board and had to order it ( probably would take a day). He hot wired the refrigerator/freezer so our food would stay cold. Got a call the next morning that he would be out to replace it. Came and in no time everything was running great. He was professional, and such a pleasure to work with. He didn't mess around. Just went to work. We are very impressed and would definitely use him again. Kelly's is an A++

This was our second experience with Bells. The service technician came to our house and diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. The cost of the repair would have been $800, which was too much for us to spend on a 10 yr old fridge. The tech did not charge us for this emergency visit and was very helpful in helping us to decide not to go thru with the repair. I HIGHLY recommend Bells for any appliance repair. They are prompt, courteous and fair!

Our refrigerator stopped working. I called Bell's at 9 am and by noon, they had found a way to fit me into their busy schedule. The service man was polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part we needed in his van and was in and out in less than 1 hour. Very professional and clean.

i called thursday afternoon. service man came friday morning. determined the cover switch was broken, got a new one from his truck and replaced it in a few minutes. fast, reliable, professional.

We could not find any service company to install this adapter even through Sears and Samsung. We had to purchase the adapter ourselves from Samsung Parts USA. Bell's is the only company who would come out and install the adapter. We must have tried at least 6 other companies and the our propane service company gave us some names of installers who also would not come here to install the adapter.

Our built in microwave stopped heating. It appeared to run but nothing happened. It is about 8 years old. I looked for a service provider on Angie's list and called Kelly's appliance repair. They were friendly on the phone, told me the cost to come out to evaluate the problem and set up a time. They showed up on time, talked to me on the phone (I was at work but my son was home) and told me the repair would be $240. They said a capacitor was out and that it was a 40 dollar part. When I got home the unit was working again and they left an invoice. After a couple of days I started thinking that the labor charge was basically $200 and my son told me the service took less than 30 minutes total including the call to me, replacing the part and writing up the invoice. I called to ask about the charges as that seemed excessive. I got two calls back, one at 8 the next morning. I was on my way to work and couldn't talk long, but the brief exchange on the phone made me feel I was not going to get much help, so I waited to call back until the next day. This time, even though I talked to the same woman initially I got a call back from someone from "Griff's" appliance repair asking when and where the job was because he didn't remember doing it. This didn't sound like the same man either, though he had the same first name, so I ended up wondering if one number was dispatching for multiple service providers or if it was the same provider going by different names in different communites or what. At this point I decided to let it go and am just happy that the microwave was fixed.

Overall- my dryer works and my ice maker is about to, so I'd say overall it went well.

I have a very unusual washing machine and they are the only people I have found that can work on it and they do great! They are very accessible and come out very quickly when I call. Their price seems very fair to me.

They were very knowledgeable and quick. They got in, got out, and got it done. Everything went smooth and efficient.

They did a good job but were a little pricey. They were pretty efficient. They were on time. They even had a guy drive a part by instead of having to leave there. He said he was trying to cut as much cost as he possibly could and he did as far as I could tell. It seems like the smaller the part is the more expensive. He charged me the exact amount and not a cent more. My refrigerator is working fine. He was very informative. He did the job and was out of here in half an hour.

Good. Reliable, clear description, helpful. The machine was squeeking and the noise was getting louder. After conferring with the company, Mark told me what they had determined was causing the problem (water leaking into a major part). See above for description of repair process.
