About us

Bob Kelly started Kelly’s Appliance in 1975. His son, Mark Kelly joined the company in 1983. The business strategy was simple: provide excellent personal service at a fair price. Kelly’s Appliance moved to Sonoma County in 1987 and continues to provide personal service to every customer. Mark Kelly took over full ownership of the business in 1990. Mark’s son David joined the company in 2009 and his daughter Shannon started in 2012 making it a true family business. Giving personal customer service is still our number one priority.

Description of Work: Brought refrigerator back to life. Replaced electronic part that had failed. Thawed ice build-up caused by failed part. Took interior panels out, did the work required, put it back together and tested all in less than 2 hours time.

Description of Work: My excellent Kitchen Aid bake oven "died" after using the self clean cycle--so in addition to being without power, the door was locked. |The repair technician explained the separate fuse that controls the cleaning cycle, replaced it, gave me additional information about my Kitchen Aid range top and bake oven, and was polite and professional throughout. I'd use Kelly's again without hesitation. |
