Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service

I was able to quickly get an appointment with a service call charge that was half of the other door company I had called. They arrived promptly and quickly determined the lift could not be adjusted any further and was basically in need of replacement. I decided to replace the door with one that was insulated and steel and a lift that was powerful enough to raise a double-car garage door (3/4 HP). Replacement day came and everything went smoothly with the installation, including all the retro-fitting that had to be done. I'm very please with the end result! The door raises easily and is very quiet. I can already tell it's helped keep the temperature down in the garage. I would definitely use Hanson again!

I would reccomend Hanson Garage. We used them as a service to perform repairs and adjustments to our existing garage door that is towards the end of its life. They made some adjustments and got our garage door that was jamming regularly back to working condition. At the same time they provided us with a no pressure quote for a new garage door as well as some reccomendations for getting the most out of the life we have left in our current garage door. We will most likely use them when we are ready to do a full replacement. They were on-time and professional and provided a pretty competitive quote. It has been six months since the service and our old garage door is still working great.

They came out the same day and communicated clearly about what was needed and recommended. The rollers weren't essential, but we decided to replace them to reduce strain on the motor. It's a large, heavy door. Now that we know Hanson is there, we will call for yearly maintenance too keep it in good shape.

Very, very well. We got a call in the morning asking if the serviceman could come several hours before the scheduled appointment because his first job had gone quickly. He reconnected the door to the drive, and then, because he had to charge us for the visit, he inspected the door and opener and greased the drive. We were very pleased and would use this service again.

Excellent. Jerome called approximately 1hour after I left message. Set up appointment which originally to replace a lost remote however when he saw the mechanics he thoroughly explained how unsafe it was. I agreed to have the whole thing replaced which he did that day. He was very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors

I called them at 8:00 a.m. and they were here at 9:30 a.m. very professionally explained the work to be done and the cost. Because this is a custom home with a custom installation of the door, it was trickier that they expected but they completed the work by 2:45 p.m. The door works like a charm and is much quieter than before. I highly recommend Hanson's.

They were very prompt and delivered exactly what I asked them to do. The door works fine and they did a nice, clean job.
