It was amazing to work just love it I got more room myself extra breathing and relax I was very deep emotional how was before I just couldn't clean it until Victoria recuse of me she did excellent work and very smart organize I like her ideas what she did and also she made me more wake-up stuff that doesn't need if I just kept collecting dust that most stuff didn't need or have not touch it in many years I glad did right thing to throw out and I thank her work and very professional attitude and Yes I would hire her again. Thank you.

I talked to them and said I was going to India and she said it was fine to call when I got back. She was slow in responding to me though, it took about 3 days. I called this month and got everything scheduling for later this month.

4 people came and cleaned the kitchen, ovens, refrig, cabinets. they did a good job. I had to pay an extra $20 to get the refrig cleaned. After they left I don't think they did the shelves on the door at least not well. But overall, I was pleased and think they did a good job. If I did not already have a cleaner I would use them again.

Description of Work: I paid to have Victoria help me organize a study room. It is difficult to rate her services because she never performed any services. It is partly my fault because I didn't call her before my time ran out. However, I hold her partly responsible because she never contacted me. A professional person would have contacted me. I did pay her. If some one had prepaid me for services, I would have tried to reach them before there time ran out. Unfortunately not everyone has high standards for professional responsibility. I guess she figured it was an easy way to make money. Too bad for me. I do however take half the responsibility.

We met briefly to assess the work and scheduled 4 hours on a Saturday to tackle the project; we were given homework to make the best use the the time and good thing we went a little long as their was years of accumulation that needed to be sorted through.

Victoria is very efficient and everything functions! I am not a natural organizer but she made the rules simple...I even took pictures of all the drawers, cupboards that she helped me with so if anyone put anything in another place, I could recreate the system easily. Additionally, I found was she was not "selling" products to me. She told me of products I could purchase to help with even further organization but was not selling them and, therefore, not pressuring me to buy anything. Finally, Victoria has an unbiased approach. It is not her stuff so she does not have an emotional attachment to things and I felt it easier to get rid of things as needed. She did not hurry me through the process but definitely kept the momentum going.
Description of Work: Victoria helped me organize my kitchen, laundry room and one child bedroom just after moving to this area. The first day she came for 4 hours (kitchen). The second day she came for just under 3 hours (Laundry and Bedroom).

Description of Work: Victoria called me several times to set up an appointment to come over first and check out the situation first so that when she came to do the job she would have the right materials to do the job correctly. Unfortunately,right after I bought the voucher,a family crisis occurred and I was unable to set up a time with her because I was very distracted and wasn't home much. I want give her an "A" rating because she was so good about calling me to try and get me to make an appointment. The voucher expired and I was never able to use it.

Went very well overall. She came to look and assessed the situation, we set a time and a date to start and followed through on the service. 4 hours per session is about perfect as long as you take care of the tings she asks you to do before she returns.
Description of Work: We had our Kitchen re-organized and were able to re-do our pantry, pots and pans, cupboards and counters. Over all it was an awesome service that months later we are still following the advice. We purchase four hours of service with a coupon for $90 and needed an additional 4 hrs at $180. The service is a bit pricey, and its easy to under estimate how much time you may actually need, but with a little effort on your part, there is a good value in the service. having everything cleared out of the space you are working on will save you time and money and really allow you more time with Victoria to understand the logic of de-cluttering and being organized. She has great ideas, asks some very logical questions, and will teach you a practice that will follow you from room to room.

I am planning to have Victoria back to organize and set up my bedroom closet after a renovation is completed. She is a pleasant lady with a helpful, optimistic attitude.
Description of Work: My first contact was with the $89.00 Big Deal Coupon. My initial project was for two hours to reorganize my stuffed linen closet and kitchen pantry. I scheduled another session to organize my kitchen which was an estimated 3-4 hour job. Victoria is great about sorting things out by categories to let you see what may need to be purged. I have used another organizing company and they would not do any sort of cleaning (like wiping the dust) out of a drawer or cabinet. Victoria does that automatically. My kitchen is easier to use now. Everything is accessible and an easy reach away. Also, she hauled away the items I had decided to donate to charity which I appreciate.

This is pure bait and switch. I bought a coupon for 4 hours of organizing time at $89. No conditions. When I contacted her and indicated that I needed help organizing my small condo garage, she quoted me $509! She said garages need 8 hours with 2 people. I told her I couldnt afford that and I just wanted some help organizing the shelves in the garage. She agreed and we set a time for today. I just received an email from her saying that she could not physically do garages on her own due to the lifting involved, and she offered to organize my kitchen pantry instead. I'm very disappointed and angry as I had already arranged for time off work. I called Angie's List and got a refund. Be very careful about using this merchant.

Victoria and her team arrived and got right to business. They emptied the garage and helped me make piles of what to keep, give away and throw away. When I was unsure what to do, Victoria talked me through it and helped me make the decision. It took 2 four-hour sessions to make sure it was done right, and it was. I can now pull in my garage without worrying about hitting anything and can open my car doors all the way. I have been putting this project off for years now, dreading it, and she made it the best experience. I am looking forward to the next project with her. She is organizing my mother's closet, a "collector" of hundreds of shoes and hats. Pictures to follow.
Description of Work: Garage clean-up and organization. Removed everything from the garage. Helped me decide what to keep and what to give away and what to dispose of. Victoria and her team came in and cleaned out my garage and organized it so perfectly. I can now locate everything I forgot I even had before she arrived.

She did a great job. She is well worth the money. Her organizing skills are really terrific.
Description of Work: I had gotten a dumpster and the garage was a mess. It was a pile on of a lot of things. We had to make stacks and piles of what is going to go and what is going to stay. We were able to organize the whole garage in 4 hours time.

Victoria was very easy to have around. She really helped me get past holding on to things and helped me realize there are things that I don't need. I appreciated her clear approach on what you need and don't need. Victoria also respected when I did want to keep something. When she was working she was efficient and clean. She worked with me by showing me what stays together. I found her to be highly professional and a true asset. I would highly recommend her.

She is life changing. She is extremely efficient. She cleaned the inside of every single drawer in my house. She is amazing. I am not an organized person but after her I have learned how to be organized. She makes you think about how to be organized. She makes everything pretty. She even set up all my bills online for me. She even went as far as cleaning my car. She charges 35 an hour. We ended this project on November 18th 2011.
