AAA did a great job. Kornel came out to give me a free quote. He was competitive with other quotes I had received on the phone, and discussed the special processes needed to take care of my wool rug, so I decided to go with his company. This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning company for upholstery or carpeting. Kornel was able to schedule me in quickly, within a few days. The cleaning of the furniture took about an hour. They have to hook up to equipment in their truck, and he was very careful to put down furniture guards for anywhere the hose might hit against furniture. He then took the wool rug with him, and returned it within 2 days. The furniture had not previously been cleaned or sanitized, and they were both like new. The rug I was particularly impressed with because it has an intricate design, and there was no bleeding in the coloration. Stains had been removed, and it also looked new. Kornel's communication was very good, he'd give me an hour long window for his arrival, and then text me when he was on his way over. I intend to use them again, and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent job. Crew of 2 are experienced and polite. They were on time. They had all equipment and supplies to do the job. They did everything that was originally requested on the bid. My home is about 2600 sq ft and they were efficient and cleaned thoroughly within 3 hours. This was the second time cleaning. The initial cleaning service they were here over 8 hours! Great prices; great job ... will be using them on ongoing basis.

They were very punctual which I consider very very important. The worker was very polite and asked me exactly what I needed done or if there was something other than what I had specified in my initial contact when I called for service. I told him yes I had a stain from when my dog had gotten sick and threw up. So when he came to that area he got down on his hands and knees and went over it several times and the stain is TOTALLY gone. I was so so glad about that...also he did such an excellent job on cleaning the furniture, it looks so good now..II had a very positive experience and just before he was finished the supervisor showed up to see if I was satisfied with the job. I can't remember that particular circumstance happening in the past with other companies I have used. All in all I was 100% satisfied and will definitely be contacting them before the holidays this year.
