Description of Work: Fabricated and installed Quartz kitchen countertop. They we very precise and professional. Even came out one additional time to check a measurement prior to fabricating to make sure it was correct. That was a big deal since we live in San Clemente and they are in Costa Mesa.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Peter, called me back very promptly (unlike many other fabricators) and was kind, professional and very accommodating. He arranged a mutually agreeable time to come to my home with material samples, reviewed all my options, and offered opinions when asked. He never tried to up-sell any product. Once a bid was agreed upon, his team came to measure and we were told 1-2 weeks for install. The installers were less than 2 weeks. The were clean and professional in appearance and during the installation. They handled my floors and surrounding spaces very respectfully. The job turned out perfectly! I am super happy with my counters and pony wall tops. Pricing was fair. Peter personally called me to follow up and without a doubt, I would refer him to anyone.
Description of Work: Contractor came and reviewed the job as well as brought samples. Gave opinions when asked. Provided free estimate for cost and time frame for measure, cut and install of quartz on several different walls.

+ 2 moreExcellent! Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased with how the job turned out. Peter is very personable and conscientious. He explained everything that needed to be done in advance and kept me totally in the loop as the job progressed. I work from home, so I was available whenever he was here and he took the time to show me and explain little things that came up during the project. After I have the original marble walls, slab counters and tub surround, steam cleaned, polished and sealed, the master bath will look like new! The only thing that I personally would do differently if I had to do this kind of a job in the future is that I would mask off (with plastic sheeting and painters tape) all existing fixtures, marble counters and tub surround, mirrors, medicine cabinets, etc., before the new work begins. By the end of the job, every surface was covered with a thick layer of dust/soot, including inside medicine cabinets and some drawers. Lots of clean up needed afterwards.
Description of Work: Stone work in a master bath: replace damaged existing marble in shower and install new marble floor in rest of bath. (1) Steam shower: demolish the damaged marble tile floor and first row of wall above the floor including facing of built-in shower bench; demo old concrete on floor and under wall tile; change slope/angle of lower half of bench; float the new floor with proper slope to drain; prepare surface for new stone including water resistant liquid membrane; Install new marble pebble stone shower floor and 12 x 12 marble tiles on first row of wall including front of bench (marble tiles match existing tiles in rest of shower); new shower drain cover; grout and seal stone. Size of work area: 22 sq. ft. of marble tiles and 18 sq ft. of marble pebble tile in the shower. (2) Bath Floor: remove wall-to-wall carpeting and apply crack-resistant liquid membrane to concrete subfloor; install new marble pebble stone on floor; grout and seal. Size of work area: 55 sq. ft. bathroom floor: (3) Haul away old debris. Peter provided all the labor and materials except for the stone itself. I had extra marble tiles left from the original bath remodel in 1996, and had already picked out the marble pebble tile I wanted to use on the floors, and purchased it at Bourget Bros. in Santa Monica (Zation brand marble pebble field tile - they had the best price on this of anyone in L.A. area - by far).
