Description of Work: Gabriel is amazing! He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and totally committed to making his clients happy and eradicating any pest problems. I have used him a number of times and have been happy with his work.. We have had bee problems, an infestation of silverfish and termites. Each time he went over the options for treatment and costs to help us determine the best way to get rid of these Pests. I would totally recommend him with confidence.

+ -1 moreSunny Coast initially performed a termite and structural inspection. The original inspection was performed on a Saturday. He showed up on time and was very detailed. I needed a fumigation of my house. Gabriel Lopez (owner) arranged our fumigation. He came over and spent considerable time going over the process. He provided plenty of gas proof bags for our refrigerator and freezer goods. He was very conscientious, helpful and informative. He followed up after the tent was removed. He provided a discount for being an Angie's List member .
Description of Work: Sunny Coast initially performed a termite and structural inspection. Sunny Coast arranged our fumigation through a related subcontractor.

+ -1 moreProfessional, knowledgable and courteous service. He and his crew showed up on time and did great work and cleaned up. Excellent follow up, including his personal inspection of all work performed by his crew.
Description of Work: Termite, pest and rat inspection. Spot treatment for termites. Set rat traps and bait stations. Inspection and assistance and advice on prevention of vermin entry into our residence. Removal and replacement of a significant number of eaves and barge rafters that had been damaged by weather, termites and mold. Painting of all eaves (a two-story home) and horizontal siding. Follow-up inspections and removal of captured rats. Continuing bi-monthly pest control service.
