Description of Work: SRS renovated my neighbors front yard and altered and eventually damaged a shared property line block wall fence. The city enforced code violations (lowering the fence back down) but the rest of the damage will have to be resolved in court. Estimated cost of repair is in thousands of dollars. | |I would not recommend SRS construction although my neighbor was the instigator of the plan. I feel that SRS construction should have known that this is a property line fence and they did not have a permit from the city nor my permission to change the fence.

Description of Work: SRS was contracted to a long driveway and replace with pavers. Additional project goals were to build several planters, install a decorative sidewalk, several entrance steps and modifications to the lawn sprinkler system. |The work crews hired by SRS did a great quality job in a professional manner. The quality of materials met our expectations. |Problems arose with the lawn sprinkler work. After four call backs of the SRS contractor, we were forced to hire our own sprinkler contractor. Repairs required removal of areas of the pavers to fix leaks, uncapped sprinkler risers and cracked pipes. |Scott, the owner, personally worked with us to get the design done and project details. |Recommended to use for pavers and hardscape. |
