Description of Work: SqueeGee Pro rescreened, washed windows inside and out, detailed window tracks, and cleaned our inside plantation shutters for our two-story residential home. Very friendly, responsible team of workers who were well supervised and fast. I initially thought I'd need multiple contractors for the various window services (rescreening and window washing), but SqueeGee Pro did it all. Angie's List staff found them for me, answered any of my questions, and helped communication stay smooth. Squeegee Pro visited my home quickly to do an estimate, then we worked out a mutually convenient time for the work. My first Angie's List and SqueegeePro residential job and I could not be happier and would certainly reuse them.

Description of Work: He cleaned three sets of very wide aluminum mini blinds and one set of pheaux wood blinds very thoroughly. Unfortunately, because another company took the blinds down to install new windows, the claning guy was unable to reinstall them. I have to hire a handyman to put up the blinds.

Description of Work: I I entered this backwards, but can't copy and paste it into the correct box. Serivces were pressure wash the outside of my mobile home and wash windows inside and out. I had an 11:00AM appointment and they were actually early! The two young men, Emanual and Roger were very friendly and informative. I had a couple of portable A/Cs vented out of windows and Roger patiently removed them and cleaned up all the residue left on the windows by lots of duc tape, etc. They even offered to reinstall them but I didn't need that done. I had many potted plants on my patio/carport area and they were very helpful by removing them all to the yard to avoid damage to them during the power wash. I live in a double wide mobile home that had not been washed in several years and they went at it right away. Emanual scrubbed areas that were stained and did the best possible to wash the building while Roger washed windows inside. Both did a great job and I'm very pleased with their work. Would absolutely use SqueegePro again.

Description of Work: I was interested in window cleaning to remove calcium deposits. I have an office building with approximately 90 windows. Approximately 15 windows had calcium deposits. I discussed what I wanted initially on the phone and again with the salesperson who came to the building. I marked the windows I wanted cleaned. The salesperson said they would do all the first floor windows with an emphasis on the stained windows. As I watched from the inside, they cleaned all the windows without extra emphasis on the windows I wanted cleaned. After they were done the salesperson told me that calcium deposits often don't come out with one treatment and that they would need to come back multiple times. The way calcium deposits are cleaned is by manual scrubbing with a specific cleaner - it is hard work. They did not do this. I can understand not wanting to do this, because it is hard work, but this is what I hired them for. I felt they first misled me by saying they could do what I wanted, second they didn't do what they should have done, and third they said they would need to come back multiple times. I've used two companies now based on Angie's List recommendations, and I've been extremely disappointed with both. Both had good customer service and friendly salespeople, but both did poor quality work.

Description of Work: Windows were cleaned inside and out. Tracks were also cleaned. All screens were removed and cleaned separately. Worker removed his shoes while in the house, greatly appreciated. He worked quickly and efficiently. Windows look great.

+ -1 moreAs a Husband, It was GREAT! They came, they saw, they conquered, and wifey was very happy; couldn't have gone any better. So guys if you want to save your weekends instead of doing "Honey-Do's" (In the Irvine/South Orange Co.) give them a call.
Description of Work: Called a week ahead of time to make an appointment for a Saturday (Weekend). Person on the telephone was very nice and professional. Employees arrived on time, had all the necssary equipment, worked very fast to clean our house/condo windows that included two sliding glass doors and all the screens.

+ -1 moreI was pleased that they removed the screens to clean them. The man working inside also removed his shoes which I appreciated. My windows are mostly clean. They used the de-ionized water & no squeegee outside. Windows cleaned with di-ionized water are supposed to stay cleaner. About 45 minutes after they left, I noticed a screen outside that they had failed to re-install. I also noticed some spots on three of my downstairs windows. I called them and they said they'd call me back. I called back again 3 hours later when I'd not heard from them. After my second call they called me back within 5 minutes and said they'd be able to get a crew here tomorrow morning to re-do the windows and reinstall my screen. Not ok by me as I had morning plans I have to cancel. Overall, a big disappointment. I also had to put back furniture that they moved! I won't hire this company again, but will look for another company that uses di-ionized water.
Description of Work: I have a two-story 4000 square foot home. They came to wash my windows inside and out, clean screens, and tracks.

+ -1 moreThey are always prompt and courteous. They complete the work quickly. They use a power washer for the outside windows, which makes things go quickly. I'm sure hand washing would produce a slightly better end result, but I don't think it would warrant the increase in cost. Their prices make it possible to get my windows cleaned more often. My only objection was that they left some dirty water drips on the tile floor when they left.
Description of Work: Cleaned 13 windows inside and out as well as all the window screens.

+ -1 moreGot appointment for the day after I called, which was nice. The crew was 2 hours later than I originally expected, but they called to say there would be some delay. The windows look great, but there were dirty spots on my carpet from the wet screens, and the screen on the sliding door was damaged. I would use them again, but look at the carpets and screens before they leave next time.
