Great. The worker was truly a blessing to complete it so well. He was devoted to getting it done is a timely manner and knew what was the best method to seal it. Job well done!!!

The job was excellent. Chuck and Shannon arrived promptly for the estimate. It was a little higher than another company but RCI was going to do a lot more work in replacing the roof, such as replacing the copper edges to the roof, which I agreed with. The old copper was 30 years old. They did a great job.

Sent a message with photos and placed a call a week ago. No response, thus far. The weather is warm this week, so I doubt they are busy with storm emergency repairs. Hmmm. Maybe they are on vacation? Other ratings seem to be positive.

Very well. Once the tiles were identified and located, all work was performed professionally and done well.

They were right on time and were in and out and got everything taken care of. Chuck is the owner and was here the whole time. Very nice guy and his wife Shannon took my orginal call and made an appiontment for her husband to come right out and give us an estimate. We were very impressed and would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with this family run company. They responded to my request immediately, set an appointment, turned up on time, and were able to communicate. They kept me informed of the progress, showed me pictures of the exposed area having removed rows of tiles, this did change the likely point of water entry. They honored the quoted price to the penny, cleared up and made the overall experience very enjoyable. I had received referrals prior to joining Angie's List and they were flakes. I feel very confident to recommend this company. A good honest roofing company is hard to find, they are it.

Charles determined that the leak was not coming from the roof. Roof is sealed and dry. Must be a plumbing problem. He was very up-front and professional.

Chuck and Shannon made the tile repairs on our roof a very easy process. They were very responsive, helpful and honest. We got a few quotes from other companies and R.C.I was by far the most fair and reasonable. Chuck showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend R.C.I. and will use them again in the future.

From the beginning call for an estimate to the final completion of work, I was very pleased with R.C.I. Both Chuck and Shannon were professional, helpful and friendly at every step in the process. If I had questions, Shannon would always make sure she reached Chuck if he was out in the field, and returned my call promptly with answers. I especially appreciated the clear and specific estimate of the work to be done. Chuck itemized in detail each task to be performed including the types of materials to be used, unlike other estimates I got that were just generalized descriptions which lumped things together. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, honest roofer.

For responsiveness, RCI Roofing gets an A+++ because when I first called on a Saturday morning, Shannon answered the phone and got all my questions answered. To do so, she had to call Chuck and call me right back, then she had to ask Chuck to call me for a more detailed discussion, which he did right away. In contrast, two other Orange County roofing companies, with more Angie's List A-reviews than RCI, have yet to call me back, 11 days after I left messages! Shannon's responsiveness continued to be stellar while we communicated back and forth, first to schedule a roof inspection, then to schedule repairs, and also when she emailed the quote and certification. Chuck and his crew were perfectly punctual, professional, diligent, and efficient. The work included replacing broken tiles, realigning others, resealing vent and pipe flashings, cleaning and resealing around skylights and other areas, and leaving the site clean. Having hired more than two dozen contractors (in different specialties) over the years, I find that Shannon's and Chuck's responsiveness, diligence, and reliability is second to none. They inspire confidence and they met my high expectations.

Chuck and Shannon walked me through all details of each job, including timelines and breakdown of costs. The crew consistently showed up when promised and each job was finished on time. I was also impressed with how well Chuck managed the site, including clean up each day and timely progress updates.

Good - Old roof needs a new roof. Chuck with RCI did a repair and saved us money - extended the life of the roof for at least a year.

Explained above. To expand they even cleaned up all messes made while repair was made. Hauled away the trash and swept up as well.
