If you want an undependable plumbing service that cancels on you an hour before they're scheduled to arrive, then Parzival is your go-to! I took the day off on a Thursday to meet this plumber that I had literally scheduled for 10 days in advance, just to have them cancel at 1pm, for a 2pm appointment, with literally zero explanation other than "something came up!" These people care about one thing– themselves. They do not care about you, your schedule or your home. Do not be fooled. They are the most unprofessional service I have ever come across. Go elsewhere! Plenty of great plumbers in the area who conduct themselves with professionalism.

Thomas was able to find the leak after the mold remediation company removed the moldy cabinet and dried out the bathroom.

The technicians arrived on time, and politely showed me all of their proper licensing and certificates. Unfortunately, they could not clear the drain with the small diameter snake cable they brought and had to return to their shop for additional equipment while we waited. They re-snaked the drain with their larger cable in just 15 min. I was disappointed that the price jumped from $97 to $189, but I agreed since it was late in the day and i needed to have my bathroom usable. They found roots in the drain. I was offered additional products and services which seemed very expensive thus I declined. (Video inspection $320, Root X treatment $220, check Amazon for significant discount). I would do not feel comfortable building a long term partnership with this company but apparently some of my neighbors are fine with them.

It went very well! They made it easy to schedule their services, were on time, and professional!
