+ -1 moreJeremy at OC Structure Check was fantastic! He completed a very through evaluation of our entire structure. He explained what he was checking for during his inspection. He also provided several recommendations to strengthen the structure in a couple of spots where there were small cracks in the wood. We feel much safer now that we have had our roof structure evaluated and would fully recommend OC Structure Check.
Description of Work: We called OC Structure Check to evaluate the truss framework of our roof.

Description of Work: I was a potential buyer of a home that had some geo and foundation issues. I couldn't discern from all of the reports and work performed what the issues were, and more importantly, whether I should buy this house. Jeremy came out after having reviewed all of my documents (which were extensive and lots of information), and he made sense of all of the information i already had and then reviewed all of the work that had been done. He was awesome! He explained everything so that I understood and was able to get comfortable with it all. He was so knowledgeable and informative. The seller and all of our agents were there and everyone asked where I found him and wanted to get his contact information to use him in the future.

Jeremy was able to squeeze us into his schedule at the last minute to accommodate our lender's short timeline. He gave the house a very thorough inspection and spent time with us to explain the issues in detail. We highly recommend him!

Description of Work: I needed a quick turn around weight calculation for a roofing project. Jeremy took the job on Friday and by Monday I had the proper paperwork, signed and delivered to me.
