Newform Kitchen

I literally stumbled upon NewForm while researching European custom kitchen and bath cabinetry for our remodel project. I initially asked NewForm to submit a bid for a small portion of the job to obtain a sense of their pricing. To my surprise, they were in line with other companies offering less customization. After they passed the cost threshold, I then ask for five references: two in excess of 5 years, one currently in the installation process, and two within the last 18 months. All 5 references not only returned my calls, but also gave me positive reviews and offered to have me view NewForm’s work in their homes. Finally, I had a friend, engineer and avid carpenter (with some 70-years experience) assess NewForm’s manufacturing plant and processes. These also passed with flying colors. My friend still comments that while most boxes are only screwed together, NewForm uses dowels, glue and screws. He was quite impressed with the construction process and the resulting structural integrity. I then sat down with Alex Shline to design the cabinets. To say that Shline is a perfectionist is an understatement. He has creative and original ideas on how to utilize space. He even patiently and persistently spent over two hours explaining to me why one of my ideas was not feasible. I finally recognized that he [a] had more experience than me and [b] had a reasoned objection to my design. It only took me one day of use to realize he was unequivocally right and I am obstinate. The cabinets were prepared ahead of schedule and delivered and installed on time and as promised. NewForm worked diligently with my general contractor and me to resolve any issue that arose during the finish construction. NewForm even replaced items damaged by the appliance installation at cost. I was so pleased with the experience and the product, that I used NewForm for my mother-in-law’s kitchen and bath remodel. I experienced the same consistent attention to detail and follow-up with this much smaller job.
