+ -1 moreOverall, it was a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.
Description of Work: Agree with the other comments. Responsiveness was horrible. I went in the store and filled out a bunch of paperwork. the following week I got a voicemail telling me they needed my address. When I called back to give it to them and ask what the next steps where - they said that they couldnt even speak to me until my file was updated with my address (which I had already provided in the original paperwork). They then told me that they would update my folder and someone would get back to me the following week (a whole week to insert my address before they can even tell me about their services?). No one ever called me back.

+ -1 moreMy wife loves their store and that is why when we bought our new house we wanted them to do the design for the yard. Their absolute lack of response killed it for us. I called and left messages over 7-8 times and no response. Very disappointing. We loved their style, wanted to spend the money and couldn't get anywhere with them. I would recommend going somewhere like Rogers gardens. They were very responsive and surprising affordable.
Description of Work: We wanted Mollywood to create a plan for our yard and help us pick plants to create that vision.
