Each time, Matsie (the Owner/CEO) has been reliable, professional and most importantly always comes through with the right help and solution. He's very personable, always takes the time to answer simple questions and will troubleshoot remotely if needed. I highly recommend this company for its ability to resolve computer/tech issues in a fast way and for its extraordinary customer service that comes with each exchange.
Description of Work: I was in need of an immediate service to fix an issue with Outlook and the slowness of my computer. Matsie provided remote service and was able to fix the problem with Outlook and perform a check that helped improve and increase the functionality of my system.
