Justin was rude after causing damage to my plumbing, he went on vacation and refused to fix the problems he created. The company was called out my home on 5/11/22 to deal with a regulator that was leaking, rather than replace the regulator he replaced a gasket inside of the regulator only and shut down the flow of water to my landscape irrigation system, he did not explain to us that the issue was that a regulator was broken and needed to be replaced completely. JustinTime was called back to my house on 5/18/22 to deal with the same issue, fix or replace the broken regulator, and this time they said Justin is on vacation and cannot help you or discuss the issue, instead they sent two less experienced plumbers to my house named Alfonso and Brian who had no idea and were not told about the prior work that was started by Justin. Alfonso and Brian opened up the regulator and allowed unregulated pressure to blow through my high pressure valves causing damage to my landscaping system and destroying at least 1 $500 high pressure valve and causing my sprinklers to run out of control with no way of shutting them off, my wife called the office of JustinTime to let them know that now our sprinklers are running and will not shut off on part of the property at about 7PM and they responded back that they would be happy to upcharge us for an "EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS RATE/ SURCHARGE" to fix the issue that they had created for us that same day. The next day, I was able to finally get ahold of the Owner of JustinTime plumbing, on the phone, I guess he finally returned from his vacation, I truly wanted to give him a chance to rectify the situation and fix the plumbing problems that have still not been fixed and only been made worse. He spoke rudely to me, blamed my wife saying "she's a grown woman" , took no accountability and told me the issues that he caused existed prior to him performing the work and when i disagreed he suggested I try to sue him or find another plumbing company.

Beware. This plumber does not operate with integrity, good morals, and is terribly unprofessional. As a senior citizen, I value hard work, and ethical standards particularly in those I want to hire for work I cannot perform myself. I had a scheduled, and confirmed appointment to replace a disposal at a pre-negotiated price. They never arrived, nor did they attempt to contact me. Then, when confronted about the no-show on the phone at the end of the day, the owner took no responsibility, was disrespectful, and abruptly hung up the phone. His behavior was deplorable. No one deserves to be treated that way, and particularly a senior citizen! You would do well to look elsewhere for a plumber.

A few months later there was another leak in the same general area. I called back JustinTime and they came out the next day. Mark checked out my sink, called his office and did the work, added a new part and only charged me the $25 for the part. I’m so pleased with their professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

Great! They used the lift, quoted their price without asking to go to that car and sit up forever, the tracking on how they do that. It is close with the price we have. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. They were quick and efficient.

This was one of those leaks that could cause an issues if it was not resolved in a couple of days. I called them and they were able to squeeze me in the next day between jobs. Two plumbers arrived and fixed the issue. They needed a part which they had in their truck. I would call these guys if there was an emergency that needed attention quick. Probably won't use them for larger projects as they seem to be on the pricey end.

Came promptly, found origin of leak, fixed problem and advised Proserve could take care of the water damage that had occurred. Provided phone number and contact name for local Proserve office.

I have used Justintime plumbing on many occasions, most recently when I had a pipe burst in my garage. First off, I got to talk directly to a person when I dialed the number, and that person told me how to stop the water from leaking behind my walls, which was obviously the most important thing to do up front. After that, I had a plumber out first thing the next morning which is far more than i can say for other plumbers i contacted. The guy they sent out was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job all around. I have and will continue to suggest Justintime plumbing to any and all my friends.

I had a bad experience with them. These guys were a rip off. They came out two or three months later and tried to charge me like four times as much. When I asked them change some supply hoses for my sink they asked me $400. It took a long time to get them out. They did have a professional appearance and everything like that and they were pretty quick.

They are always very professional and honest. We have had them do work before when it would have been very easy to overcharge us.They only fix what is needed and don't try to do unnecessary work.

I have used them before to install a new water valve and water pressure regulator. I called them back to installed a water heater for my condo. Overall the work was good and it passed the city inspection. On my request, they came back and adjust the position of the water heater for me for free. I am happy with the service.

Their service was awesome. They were on time, presentable and professional. They did it right the first time.

Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. He was helpful in every aspect. You can definitely tell he has a passion for what he does and is so happy to help. I could not have been more happy with his work and his knowledge! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
