Good Deeds Moving

If you need movers hire GoodDeeds without any hesitation! From start to finish, this move was so perfect! Julia, Rodney and all the men were incredible! Do not be afraid to hire them! They should have an A+ rating. I called 30 different moving companies and was unhappy with the games they were playing. I reserved a rental truck and was considering hiring people to load and drive the truck. Then I called Good Deeds! So glad that I did! their price was a guaranteed price. They called 2 days, and the day before moving. They called on moving day and let us know they were running late because of a wreck on freeway. They arrived and quickly went to work they wrapped everything that was packed and every piece of furniture. WE had a mirror that was 58" by 40" that was 60 years old with bevels and shadow boxing and very fragile. Other companies wanted to crate it and charge 400 to crate and one hundred to uncrate. They padded and wrapped and covered and wrapped. It made it just fine. These guys know what they are doing. They communicated every day while on the way to us. It arrived 2 days later and 1850 miles in Memphis. Everything we asked them to do anything, they agreed without hesitation and did so graciously.And never charged us another penny from the initial charge for the move. I kept thinking they are too good to be true! But they were not...they delivered everything perfectly with no damage. Everyone we talked to before them, the price was at least $500 more and were going to charge extra big bucks if have to walk more than 75 ft to truck, go down over 21 stairs, so much per flight of stairs, so much per elevator, and if they get truck loaded and it weighs more than we estimated or if it takes more room or if there are more pieces than the estimate shows it will be more. They took part of our things to storage and part to our house. Assembled everything we needed They took the high road on everything and we remain in awe and gratitude. Just to further let you know how much we appreciate them, I just had a pacemaker installed in an emergency situation 3 days ago and I am typing this review one handed...do not hesitate if you need anything and or everything moved! they are great and true to their word. I have moved numerous times....no one comes near them for their kindness and expertise!

Thank you Rodney, he prepared me for what was to come, waz very patient with me, explained every stage and step. Rodney checked on me during every stage, reassuring me along the way.. His staff were very professional, they talked to me , explored all options when my fears showed. They took their breaks and were right back to work....I would definitely use them again. When I was asked to come to ANGIESLIST.COM... it was my pleasure, and I am going to ask the person who referred me to place their review also....Rodney is one hellava businessman, he really cares, after all isnt that what we all are looking for when we have to trust them with our lives.

Worst experience of my life. I had furniture that was wrapped already and it was in excellent condition, and now in poor condition. Money was stolen and other items in my home where also stolen. I called the Police next day but I can't prove it and they advised me to take them to Court since they refuse to give me Insurance information. They are giving me 265 back what I paid. I also gave Rodney a safe since he has employee's who steal. That was worth over 400. I felt sorry for him now I'm sorry I gave him that. I found so may things missing and the money was so much. I am a widow who lost her USMC Husband to suicide last year and they knew it and was still treated like crap by one employee. And he was the one who stole the stuff. Get their insurance information before you hire them and be careful with your valuables.
