Damon was fantastic. He even gave me a refund when I told him another would do the appraisal for less. Now that's what I call service. Gave only 4 stars for the price. In my opinion the cost of an appraisal is way too expensive, when most of the information can be found on-line with a stroke of the pointer. The appraisal was very thorough. If I'd have known that he was going to photo all the house, in and out, I would have put on the bedspread and righted the chairs that I had turned over because of the expected rain. But all in all I would recommend First Source Appraisal.
