because i got this company on the internet, i felt a little uneasy when i gave them a check and did not get a receipt. i hope all goes well and they Damon was very good a explaining everything and did give me his card. The other thing is they send your appraisal with an email and don not send a hard copy in the mail. I don not know if this is common practice or not ?
