Ben came out in December to give me a detailed estimate. that was very torough as to what he thought my best approached would be, after a few minutes and going over all of his suggestions, I agreed. About one week later a date was set. Start date was 2 Jan, Ben and the crew were there on time. Ben introduced Lucio, the foremen, to me and my wife, after that we went to the backyard, were Ben went over the all the work to be done. During our walk thru, Lucio noticed that the two Bottle Brush trees had not been trimmed properly in the past, he said that they looked more like a bush, then a tree. He personally trimmed the trees, now they look like trees, not bushes that that were harboring some local critters. Second day final trimming and cleanup, and I mean they really cleaned up. Ben a Great job, and to Luico and his crew you couldn't ask for better. GREATJOB, Thanks to ALL.

Great, we have used them for years.

Had high hopes for this service but it was not to be. Just another mow and go landscaping company. No consistency in the week to week landscaping. Some weeks they would under trim vines and bushes, other weeks they would over trim. I planted $100 worth of brand new ornamental grasses in the yard and three weeks later they trimmed them to the ground! They never took corrective action for plants that were dying of disease or from over/under watering. No one answers the phone and slow to return voice mails.

They did not answer my first, or return calls. However, I left a message and was contacted the next day (was unavailable; they left a message), the following day (was unavailable, they left a message), and the day after. When we finally did connect, the demeanor of Mike, the gentleman I spoke with, was professional and organized. Pricing was not competitive with any other quote so we decided not to set appt. And I must say that this was the only company I had to leave a message for - all others called answered on initial contact. However, when we did finally connect professionalism was clearly a priority. Much appreciated.
