Direct Protect Security & Surveillance

The installation was free. My wife was really the one who was with them but she said that they came in and had the installation done pretty quick. They went through all the basic functions before they left. It was pretty simple, I guess, and straight-forward. It was free so it was pretty good. They didn't initially give my wife the best instruction when they first installed it. So we didn't know what to expect when using this kind of system. They came back and ran it over with her.

They were fine. There was nothing good or bad.

Direct Protect is now my home alarm monitoring. I have found them here in Angies List from people review I have totally agreed as well. Chad is the person who calls me back to explain the system and answer any question I have asked. He was very polite and friendly. I told him that my house previous has ADT install and the system is DSC. I have asked him it?s compatible and so wonderful he say yes. He had given me the price which I have agreed. Randy is the person come to installation for me. He is very young man but professional and hard working. He come in and work right away after finish he show how to use the system very detail. Without asking, he installs the two signs in front of my house. I have the touch screen keypad and most of all my main concern was remote web and mobile access with alert from email and text. Now I can go anywhere and not worry to forget to turn on. So far I have tried for two days and I really love it. I will definitely use them again if I have another house. Also I will refer them to my family and friend. Thank you Chad and Randy. I think Direct Protect is very lucky to have you both.

I shopped around researching every alarm company I could find. I was looking for a great price and good customer service. I decided to go with Direct Protect . They did not have many reviews, but the reviews they did have were very good. The alarm company that monitors my system is Monitionics, which has been around for years. I first dealt with Chad (sales rep) and I asked him a ton of questions since I have never had an alarm system before. He explained everything and he always got right back to me, either through email or phone calls. I told him I was shopping around with different alarm companies, and he was not pushy like the other companies I called. I was still getting emails from other companies even after I told them I went with Direct Protect. Mike did the installation and he was right on time. He was great and very professional. My system is wireless (which is safer, no cut telephone lines) and super easy to use. I have the LED key pad which is so much nicer and easier than the old button key pad. Mike had to come back one time to fix something, but he was right on time and now my system is working perfectly. I was on the fence about getting an alarm system, but it is the best thing I have ever done. If I am not home, I know if someone breaks in my house, my alarm will go off. I turn it on at night when I am home, which gives me peace of mind. I love being able to turn my alarm off and on with my cell phone. I would recommend Direct Protect to anyone for their customer service and prices.. I am very happy... It has been over 2 years since my alarm system was installed and I have never had any problems with it. You can not put a price on piece of mind.

We purchased a package from an excellent sales person, Tim, who explained the system and provided a quote we could not pass up. The system was installed on yesterday, which was amazing considering we had just purchased on Friday. Dave the installer, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did a professional job of installing the hardware. The installation is clean and no marks or dirt left anywhere in or on our home. After the installation Dave explained how to operate the system, again in a friendly professional manner. I won't hesitate to recommend this company to any of our friends or relatives.

I spoke to a young man, James, who was fabulous in his sales pitch and emitted high professionalism; however, the security system was too expensive for my current setting. I greatly wanted to do business with him, but we could not meet price wise...I LIKED HIM, THOUGH. In the end, I went with no one--did my own application. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM AGAIN!

All of the representatives at Direct Protect were easy and pleasant to deal with. This was not the case for many of the other companies from whom we received quotes. The cost was $150 for activation and additional sensors beyond the base package, plus $49/month for monitoring.

They did a fabulous a fabulous job! They were timely, showed right up on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do The final cost was just as estimated over the phone. They completed a nice, clean installation. I like the system as it is high tech and has a nice sized screen. It is more advanced than some of the other systems I looked at. I am going to hire them again to install an alarm system into my home.

They have been fine. I havent had any complaints or problems with them. They have responded to questions and anything that I have required. I am happy to recommend them to others.
