I've used them for 30 or 40 years. They're good. This is my second him I used them for and they've always been good.
Description of Work: They just cleaned the heating and AC, and made sure it was running okay.

The job went exactly as planned. The air conditioning was installed without any issues. When they were finished you could not even tell they had been here except that we had a great running central air conditioning unit.
Description of Work: We had a new air conditioning unit insalled in our 3000 square foot home. The house was not plumbed for air condtioning making it a much more difficult job. The installers from Dependable Graham were professional, courteous and competent. I would highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning or heating needs. They told us it would take approximately 2 1/2 days and that it exactily how long the job took.

Description of Work: My last service call was due to the heater fast cycling without staying on long enough to provide heat. The appointment was two days after my initial phone call. The tech called before coming and arrived on time. He was able to find the problem (faulty circuit card), pick up a replacement, and install the item. Total time was about two hours at a labor cost of $200.00. The furnace was originally installed by Dependable Graham about 3 years ago beneath my house. I have used their service several times and am extremely pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and pricing. I plan on continuing to use their services and recommending them to friends.

Heat wave, we called a couple of people. We had used Graham before and they responded within a few days, not bad considering the heat wave. He found the bad capacitor in just a few minutes and replaced it, showing my husband the why and wherefore of the failure (he's a Mech Engr) and cleaning out the two units. Not bad for about $180 I thought. Will definitely use them again. They also installed an air cond unit in our rental condo ten or more years ago and that was a good experience too. They still had our info in their data base which impressed me.
Description of Work: Replace bad capacitor in one of two air conditioning units at our residence during a heat wave.

They were fine, they connected and fixed everything. They did a good job, I didn't have any problems.
Description of Work: I used this company and they did a couple things. The furnace wasn't working , and they found some condensation and so they fixed it. They cleaned the heat condensate lines.

We were very pleased with the service. The personnel was great, they completed the job on time, and they performed the installation exactly as promised. They also worked well with our general contractor which made things go smoothly.
Description of Work: They installed an air conditioning and heating system. They also moved the heating unit to the attic and installed some new ductwork.

This repair was on a heater that they had installed 8 years ago (the only maintenance required in eight years). Eight years ago the service was so good that I tipped the installers (twin brothers). The charge was mostly for the miles driven (approx 30 round trip) and the service. I was very pleased with Dependable.
Description of Work: Brett was most professional and courtious. He finished the job in less than 15 minutes (blown Fuse).

Everything went just as promised. They arrived on time and the men were clean and professional. They put down tarps to cover all areas of the house where they were working. Work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up all areas where they worked. They tested the heating system and made sure everything was just right before they left.
Description of Work: I had the heater and ducting in my home replaced. The sales representative gave a very professional estimate, emailed and in writing along with a brochure showing heater options. When I called with questions, all were answered. When I spoke to other companies, they didn't want to replace the ducting or file a permit, have a formal estimate or heater brochure, and their prices were about the same.
