+ -1 moreThey seemed okay, but their price was higher than what I wanted to go. I thought, they were professional, and they communicate well. They seemed to understand or know what they were doing. I don't feel like there's something wrong with them. I would call them again for an estimate in the future.

Description of Work: We have a leaky ceiling come from our deck due to a remodel from the people who lived here before us. Kevin came out promptly--in fact a bit early which was even better for me. He was extremely nice and even siliconed a pipe for free that was probably the source of the leak. Due to the way our deck is made it is hard to detect the origin of the leak. He told me to call him if that does not work as more may need to be done but he wanted to try this first before I spent any money. I tried to pay him but he would not take the money. What a nice guy with great values! He genuinely wanted to make sure we got this resolved even if he was not going to make a dime off of us. Good to see vendors who care about people!!!!

+ 0 moreEverything went great and very smoothly. The estimate was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. The estimator arrived on time and the estimate was quick. It was also easy to communicate and email with the office to get an estimate I could submit to my HOA for approval. The day of the work, the installer arrived on time, did a good job, and was able to complete all the work within the agreed time. I would use them again the next time I need to have my deck re-waterproofed.

Description of Work: I have a Dex-O-Tex deck and it was leaking around the posts and had wet rot plus the surface needed resurfacing. They removed the rotten part and performed the proper repair.

+ -1 moreFrom the estimate to the work being completed, this crew was nothing but professional. Kevin gave me a quote and a timeline as to when things would happen and sure enough they met every one. David was the guy doing the work, and he was nothing but professional. He showed me the difference in the cheap stuff contractors lay down when building homes to this Dek-o-tec product. This stuff will be here on my deck for a while. I would do business with them again.
Description of Work: I had a leak around my drains on the deck. They replaced the wood around the drains and replaced the drains with copper drains. They also did their layering of waterproofing and made sure there was a good slant on the deck. They also sanded every layer to a smooth finish and ultimately finished with a Dek-o-tec finish. Painted the deck the color of my choosing as well.
