For coming on a Sunday evening he really was a great bargain for me and I knew I could trust him from the prior reviews. He is a small business owner who puts customer service, fairness, and honesty as a pillar. He educated me about the problem I had and answered all of my questions kindly. He mentioned his goal is to have people satisfied so he get most of his business through word of mouth" or repeat customers. This is the best method I can use to spread the word about how you can support a great business owner like Joe.

We replaced two garage door panels of a four panel garage door, which were damaged. Perhaps unique circumstances, as our garage door panels had to be special-ordered from the manufacturer, requiring a few weeks time, not to mention their arrival coincided with our vacation away from home. So, until the panels arrived and including after we returned from vacation, communication by phone was touch and go, and it felt as if we sometimes had to take the initiative to follow up on our own to find out if the door panels had arrived yet or not. Somewhat same experience of touch and go communication by phone on settling on an appointment date and time to install the panels. For those who decide to use this company, we suggest maximizing your most likely to be a great experience with them by getting specified up-front and in writing on the estimate, any additional cost of brackets or hinges, etc, as when it came time to install the panels, we were charged for new hinges, but could not remember what was said to us initially about the hinges being an extra cost or not, because so much time had passed due to order time and vacation. Ultimately, Joe did a great job of installing the new panels, and took initiative with other details, such as re-lubricating our garage door spring, moving parts, and joints. Gave us confidence they really know their stuff about garage doors. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Tech explained that the one of the springs was not the correct spring and needed to be replaced. Fixed the alignment of the garage door opener. Service was prompt. Thought we need to replace the garage door opener. We were able to keep, so I was happy. No complaints about the service. No problems with the garage door two months after.

It went perfectly. Within the hour it was fixed. Pricing was very fair compared to others we've had for garage door repair. We will use them again.

I called the company at about 130pm. Dean took care of me and was able to schedule an appointment later that day. Kenny arrived right on time. Looked at the garage door and immediately knew what it needed. Not a big deal -- just a very good oil/lube job. Very honest and charged me the basic service/tune charge of $89. Very pleased and will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

The service was excellent. They were fantastic and I highly recommend their service. He was on time and it took less than a day to complete the job.

Someone ran into our garage door/wall with their car, and Joe worked very well with us and other workers to trouble shoot and repair the situation, including assessing conversion to a sectional door. He is very knowledgeable, forthcoming, and personable. Over 20 years experience, good local contacts, and it really helps him deliver a quality product/service. Very responsive and capable. Trouble shot some tricky issues, and got the job done in a short time frame, and a reasonable price. His helpers weren't quite as good as him, but he came back and made all the right adjustments. He does a lot of service, so he backs the doors he installs. He knew how to adapt our current opener to work with the new door, and saved us a lot of money. He gets busy, so you have to be patient sometimes, but he works hard to customize and be helpful, and his input and service seemed better than Denker's, Edgement, Lido, etc. Great combination of customization, good price, fast install, good quality, pleasant/helpful input, coordination, paperwork and follow-up. Highly recommended.

He was courteous, punctual and phoned promptly as he promised. Provided the time for the appointment and called a few minutes prior to arrival.Recommending Cityscape to my neighbors and will use them again.

THE GUY CAME OUT THE DAY I CALLED AND LOOKED AT THE DOOR. HE FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND LEFT TO GET THE PART NEEDED FORM HIS SHOP. HE RETURNED ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND FIXED MY PROBLEM.
