Description of Work: About twice a year, Carpet Savers cleans the carpeting on my stairs, my upstairs and a medium-sized area rug downstairs, approximately 500 square feet. They have always done a good job for me. I have used them since 1990 when I called them after a pipe burst next door and flooded my new carpeting downstairs. They dried and re-stretched with no trace of damage.

+ -1 moreHe is fantastic. I actually met the person who owns the company through another carpet cleaning company. He is fabulous. The prices are really reasonable and he is really good. He does an extremely good job. He is very meticulous about his work. He makes sure that he gets every little stain out of the carpet; if it can be taken out then he gets it out. He is on time every time and very reliable. Everything about him is super. He calls if there is any issue where he is going to be a little bit late. He is completely trustworthy. He does the best job that I have ever had done on my carpets. He is awesome.
Description of Work: I have been using Carpet Savers to clean the carpets in my whole house for about 20 years. I have them come in at least two times a year.
