Not well. Repairs to the wall for installing the ceiling fan were horrible. It looked like someone who has no experience repairing walls filled in the openings. Furthermore, Dale responded with "I am an electrician" when I asked about the shotty work. Fortunately, the entire house was painted and Dale's shotty, horrible work was corrected.

He was pleasant and focused on his work and not chitchat.

Dale did an excellent job to fix my bath ceiling fans and bath lights in two hours +, and the price he charged is very reasonable. Will hire him again when I need another electric work done. Highly recommend.

Dale took on a recessed kitchen lighting job for us. Dale was extremely helpful and thoughtful of our situation. He explained exactly what he was doing , very detailed, before he started the work. He took his time and did a great job. Dale was very kind and communicative. I will definitely be calling Dale back for our next project.

I contacted Dale and he came out the next day at 9:30 as scheduled. We talked about what I needed done and he quoted a price of $170.00. I told Dale to go ahead. Dale tested all the lights to make sure they worked and was done by 11:30. Very happy with the job he did and I would hire him again. The price was affordable especially for someone on a fixed income. I had originally contacted Powell Electric and their quote for the same exact work was $1057.00. So glad I found Dale!

I was in a pinch, the existing cutout in my granite countertop was too small to accommodate the new stainless steel drop in sink. I didn't realize this until after the existing one was pulled out and the plumber tried to drop in the new one. He could not finish and left until in could resolve this sizing problem. I was without a functional kitchen until I could resolve this issue. I contacted Dale based on his excellent reviews here on Angie's List, hoping he could do this kind of work. He was extremely professional on the phone and understood the work that I needed, indicating that he has the experience. He had a full day but was able to slot me in later that same day. He called me as promised indicating he was on his way. He was so pleasant, really professional and I could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Needless to say, he did a fantastic job. He was so meticulous in his setup and measurements, and was so careful in his workmanship as to not damage the granite countertop. When he was done, he cleaned up everything. When i thanked him for coming out so last minute, I found out that he cancelled personal stuff to accommodate me. I was so grateful, though I only met him that day, I sure could tell that this is the kind of person that Dale is... putting others first. I would recommend him 100%! In fact, I put his name in my phone for any future jobs and repairs. Thank you again Dale!

Everything went perfectly. Dale fixed everything and left them in even better condition than before. He was very knowledgable about how best to fix things and was able to deliver solutions in the most efficient cost effective manner. He doesn't try to upsell or gauge you, and had an all around good knowledge of everything from installing cabinetry, fixing broken rails and shelves, to gas fireplaces. He is my go-to for works in the house.

Dale did a great job and was very courteous and punctual. His knowledge of all different areas is fantastic. He helped us with few jobs all around the home.

Dale was punctual and got right to work to remove a number of drapery panels and all of the hardware from five 12’ windows. At my request, he spackled the holes left by the hardware and then to boot, he offered to get rid of the hardware, for which I had no need. I would hire him for many different jobs, as he has a variety of skills. He is also a very nice person!!

Excellent service! Dale Erber has been making miscellaneous repairs in my home during the last year. I highly recommend him as a reliable and professional worker. He has a good attitude, is a very nice person and is extremely conscientious about doing a great job. One of Dale’s specialties is electrical. My indoor spotlights kept going out. He found the problem that had gone undetected for years. It turned out to be an easy fix, the connectors needed to be replaced. He also fixed my very old outdoor lighting. He found that the system was intact and only the light fixtures needed replacement rather than a new installation. In fact, he made simple, the many “complicated” jobs I had for him from sealing my shower to cleaning my industrial kitchen hood. All these “major” problems were solved in a quick and efficient manner. I also that feel that his fees are more than reasonable. I definitely will hire Dale again and am now in the process of compiling a new to-do list. Knowing I can call on him for help has made my life so much easier!

Unprofessional. Damaged personal property, rude (at times). He is perfectly fine with collecting money for An unfinished job. He was not my first choice, and I wish I had waited for the other company who was available to start a week after Dale did. I am sure I would have been more satisfied with them. Buyer Beware!!!! Even though the job was not done, I paid just so he would leave. I will hire someone else to fix the job. Good contractors are professional, knowledgeable and able to execute. This guy knows his stuff, but the execution is poor!!!!! He is not a professional. He does not have a crew!! He does not rent a bin for demo work. He does not have a trailer to transport appliances or large pieces. He will rent one and pass along the cost to you. He WILL damage new appliances. At first it will seem like his rates are great, but the headache and grief is not worth it. Also this: he broke my granite counter by slamming his hip into it “ because it’s the wall’s fault” If you want to see Hulk smash in person, please hire him. Definitely a bull in a china shop. Zero finesse. Zero attention to detail. And inappropriate comments are included at no extra charge!!
