Estimate and repair went very smoothly. The price was very reasonable compared to other two estimates we received for this job. The service was excellent and workmanship was top rate. We will hire this contractor again and recommend him to friends to family.

we were very pleased with the work that Dale did at a fair price. He was very professional and had vast knowledge for the various jobs he was doing for us. He re- sanded the wood all around the front of the house including 3 large eve's on top of the house, as well as the facia board around the entire house, filled in the weathered spots, then repainted all wood. He replaced wood on a door jam entering the house from the garage. he re-hung and adjusted a wooden side gate, and also took out a bathroom heater and filled the space in. I would recommend and use him again.

Dale was very easy to work with. He was practical and recommended a cost-effective solution to my problem. He came to inspect the job and give an estimate. I ended up hiring him on the same day and he finished the job to my satisfaction that same day. I was very pleased. Cost including parts and labor was just shy of $690.

Dale did a great job and much faster than I had expected. He saved me money by reusing some of the crown molding that needed to be reconfigured.

Dale showed up on time to the job and in discussing the job on site, it was clear that he had a diverse set of skills for the job. We added some work on to the job in mid-stream and he adjusted amicably and appropriately with a fair adjustment in price. He completed the job in time at a fair price.

Dale did a fantastic job in fixing my kitchen cabinets. He was prompt and efficient, and went about the right away of fixing things instead of just trying to get the job done. He has a very flexible schedule, and actually came out on a Sunday afternoon. He comes in with a fully stocked truck, so he has everything you would possibly need for household repairs. Will definitely hire again.

Completed project in one day, so that disruptions that can occur were kept at a minimum. All floors were covered before removing wallpaper & painting, very little mess during, and cleaned up all materials, tools & swept up all debris. Kitchen, dining room & entry looked fresh & updated ... bye bye 70’s & 90’s wallpaper!

We've had them a couple of times now. They're outstanding.

The service was okay. He did leave a few things unfinished a bit. I had some tile work done so I wanted him to lay some trim and he forget a spot. I also wanted him to do some touch up painting on my door and didn't do to good. He did good at the beginning of the time but closer to the end of day not so much. He did leave hand print on my ceiling after installing a light. I have a broken wrist and honestly cant get up there to clean it. Handymen work is a competitive business so you really should be on top of your game.

This was my first time working with contractor Dale Erber who was assisted by his brother Dave. Both gentlemen were professional, on time, efficient and I very much appreciated Dale's working with me to find the most economic means of doing the work including reviewing many types of sliding glass doors to find just the right one. Dale is also a fountain of knowledge regarding construction and no job seems either too small or too big for him to tackle. Whenever I had a question he would explain thoroughly & simply so that I could make an informed decision.

The work did not go smoothly. He seemed frustrated.

It seemed hard for him. One small part of the job did not get done. The parts he replaced work fine now. It may be best that he knows his limits.

My Mother lives in an older mobile home, and it was in need of repair. Dale arrived on time. He assessed the problem (replace skirting) taking measurements and deciding which plan to follow. We went to Home Depot to get the needed supplies. I told Dale to go in the store and get what he needs, and I would be at the Pro Desk to pay. He came back with the needed supplies at a 20% discount! (Nice shopping!) He started immediately! The skirting was made of brick which had broken off in many places. He decided to put paneling over the broken skirting. Then, he painted the skirting. It went from awful to gorgeous! Wow! He also replaced a worn out mailbox and painted the post. What a difference! It made my Mom's mobile home look brand new! Dale does excellent work! Thanks, Dale!

It went great. Dale is the nicest guy and knows how to do everything. I feel like a human being again now that my apartment is finally organized and put together!
