Description of Work: He said there was no charge for his consultation, and at the end of the visit he charged me for the consultation, because "what I did was worth the money you paid." He did 2 tasks that took 40 min. And I paid for 2 hours of handyman work. I texted him to clarify if that was indeed what his intention was, and he said yes. After arguing over text, he agreed to give 30 min of work to me, which still adds up to 70 min, and I paid for 120 min. I am a single parent, one income family, and I was shocked. I do not want him to come back for any service. I asked Angies list for a refund, twice, and they never resolved my issue.

Description of Work: I had several small, odd-job things to be done - earthquake strapping for water heaters and repairing a place in the side of the house where wildlife were getting in. He did everything with materials he had on hand without having to go HomeDepot for materials. He worked quickly and efficiently to get everything done.
