It went very well, Bryan scheduled appointments we always as we agreed to. He did the work as agree, and when we wanted some changes he always accommodating. He made sure the worksite was clean, and he made sure that we were inconvenienced for a minimal amount of time. The quality of the work was very good considering when dealing with a 50+ year old house. We would definitely use him again which we have already discussed.

Excellent. Bryan quoted a fair price and he held to the schedule. He connected us with a tile place to select the tile and a shower guy to do the doors. Bryan's price included all the labor to demo and remove the tub, hot-mop, moving the drain to the center of the shower, raising the shower head, installation of the tile, add a vent and light in the ceiling, add two LED cam lights above the vanity and re-do all the drywall. Does not include any painting which was expected. The cost of the tile and the shower doors was extra depending on what we selected.

I am probably one of the most pickiest person that you know when it comes to work on the house. These guys came in after my previous tile guys abandoned the job due to my dissatisfaction. These guys took over and did a phenomenal job working off the existing work half done. If they can please me, they can please you.

They were punctual and on time. Their work was pretty flawless. This will not be your lowest bid contractor, but if you need precision, graded triple a work, they can do it.

BW Tile were very responsive to questions. They showed up on time, prepared to work. The work was meticulous. They kept the work area clean as the rest of my house. The finished shower looks great! I am having them back to re-do our kitchen floor. I highly recommend them!

Bryan was great. He was able to come the same day I called and give an estimate. He went over everything, explained possible problems that could pop up, and about how long the job would take. He emailed an estimate later that night. Bryan explained that the tile we had chosen may not be the best choice and explained why, and recommended a place that we could check out called Strictly Stones. We went and found tile we liked a lot better, that was similar to the size of wood flooring, which is what we were looking for. He and his crew showed up promptly when he said they would, got to work, worked quickly and everyone was extremely professional. They started on a Friday and finished everything by Monday afternoon. They cleaned up and put everything back to normal. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results.

Bryan and his guys did an excellent job redoing the tile floors in our home. They took 3 days as promised, were respectful, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely hire them again. They had the best price and the floors look incredible.

Great. The material we bought was a rock/stone type material that looked like it would be complicated to install. Bryan did the install perfectly, it looks great! He was also on time and did the work exactly when he said he would. Definitely an A+ provider. We would absolutely use him again.

From the very beginning Bryan proved to be very professional, honest, helpful and did what he said he would do. Bryan and his crew always showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The job was completed in less time than all the other quotes we received. Most other contractors go from job to job, but Bryan worked continuously on our bathroom until it was finished. There was very little down time because Bryan was good at scheduling the different aspects of the job. I would highly recommend B W Tile. Brian and his team did an excellent job! The tile work is excellent as well as the toilet installation. He and his team were punctual, Tidy, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure they left our house looking great. Pricing was fair, and they are insured. Even before we begin the work, Brian was extremely responsive and we were able to discuss the work, obtain a quote, and schedule very efficiently.

First I contacted B & W Tile and they call me back within a hour. Bryan gave me an estimate over the phone and when I accepted he gave me a start date which was in a couple of days. I have work with a few contractor but this crew was outstanding they gave me their start arrival time and it always was met. They communicated often during the job giving suggestion on what material I needed to obtain. They moved and reinstalled all appliance. Update light switches and when the job was completed performed a cleanup second to none in all areas in which work was performed. They take great pride in there job with high attention to detail . I would hire them again and highly recommend this company.

Communication with Bryan was timely for the estimate and the entire process. Bryan and his team arrived on time and were very professional throughout the entire process. They all made you feel like you were in good hands. I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and they provided great guidance based on their experience. They worked with care, finished earlier than I thought, and cleaned everything before they left. We absolutely love how it turned out, would highly recommend Bryan and his team, and will use them for future work. A great experience overall.

We did a full bathroom remodel. Bryan and his Team, (Jeff and Fa Fa) gutted everything. removing soffits, old flooring and cabinets, tub and tile. He was extremely clean. Hardly any dust at all after each day. He gave us a timeline and if something arose he called right away and gave us a new time date. He installed new drywall, led lighting exhaust fan tub fixtures flooring and tile. The finished project was better then we could have imagined. I would have to say out of all the remodels we have done with this house, he was the best contractor to work with. The man is a professional and knows exactly how to please the client. His workers were awesome and very polite. I would say they went above and beyond what we expected.

The estimate was fair for the work being done. The whole crew worked really hard and were very professional in their demeanor. The finished tile was beautiful and we've had it for nearly a year and love it more now than ever. For any future work needed we will always call B W Tile first.
