Owner Bryan and team of 2, Jeff and Rafael, arrived everyday at the agreed time and worked diligently and with the highest level of professionalism to complete our Master Bathroom. Bryan was excellent at communicating, he texted when he didn't need a immediate response and called when he did. It's refreshing to know that there's still an owner that goes to the work-site, writes up a detail estimate, puts in hard work with his team, and takes pride in his work. BW has the knowledge, experience, and creativity to deliver the details that we wanted in our remodel. Thank you!!!

The entire job was seamless, Bryan was very professional and he did exactly what he said he would do. All of the travertine cuts were super accurate and tight absolutely beautiful work. The wood flooring perfect, the house was left clean and neat every day. I highly recommend B W Tile, I will use again for my exterior landscaping and outdoor kitchen.

High quality work with attention to detail, great value. They started and finished the job as promised on schedule. I had a great experience with BW Tile. Bryan does very nice tile work. I love my new floors and backsplash. He was easy to work with and even helped me out with some small items that weren't specifically in our contract. I so appreciate a quality craftsman like Bryan.

bryan was great! very responsive and stayed in touch. we started with a fair price and he gave recommendations on things to consider (tile sizing, etc). he then did a gorgeous professional job of tile installation and our bathroom looks like a 5 star hotel!! highly highly recommend.

From the day that I met Bryan, I knew that he was the contractor for us. He has got a great personality and he immediately makes you feel at ease. I was able to leave and do what I needed to do and leave him working in my home. He did amazing work on all of the projects that he did in our house and he had wonderful suggestions for different things to do. I wish we had more things for him to do. Brian and his team arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He was on site for the entire job and did the work himself with the help of two additional workers. He is reliable and follows up with returning calls in a timely manner.

They were very professional in everyway. They arrived right on time, listened to what I wanted done and then preceded to do it. Also they are the nicest people to have in your home. I will definitely use them again.

We were originally looking for tile countertops for price considerations but Bryan worked with us and was able to use his knowledge and experience to find a granite countertop alternative that was in our price range and looked better than we anticipated. The work was done timely and efficiently and he was a pleasure to deal with. We originally met Bryan when we needed plumbing work done that we were told would require tile repair but he was able to do the plumbing job himself without disturbing the tile after all and the price was one-third of the amount quoted by the plumber. Bryan gives great quality work at reasonable prices and we quickly knew that we was trustworthy as well as being a good craftsman.

The experience working with Bryan was great. He was punctual, did exactly what we agreed upon and I will use him again when the need arises.

Bryan and Jeff did a great job adding a subway tile backsplash in my kitchen. They showed up on time and got started right away. Their work was very clean including the demo of the existing granite backsplash. I will use them again next time I have tile work.

Bryan did a great job. He communicates very well as to when he will be arriving, and also explains the scope of the work he plans for the day. He floated the walls to a perfect flat and level surface. No complaints....this is the guy you want to hire....very professional!

Bryan and Jeff did a great job. Bryan anticipated what needed to be done ahead of time. He made several trips to insure the prep work was done prior to the countertops being installed. When they arrived to install the backsplash they were prepared and the installation was done quickly and efficiently! Definitely would use Bryan again.

Bryan and his team were very prompt. He was flexible and accommodating with our moving start date since it depended on close of escrow. Bryan came in promptly around 7am everyday (possibly earlier because we weren't there). By the time we dropped in to check in on the progress, much work had been completed. Bryan estimated that the work would take about a week and a half, and despite a couple hiccups (due to my own mistake of not ordering enough tile), his team finished several days ahead of schedule. He even offered to pick up the materials at the local warehouse and did. We also changed up flooring plans for the master bathroom last minute (diagonal lay with bronze inlays at the corners) and he just went with the flow. He's such an easy going guy and really just wants you to be happy and satisfied with his work. We are so extremely happy with his work and the flooring looks simply amazing!!

Overall the entire team was great!!! They showed up on time as expected and went right to work. Even with a couple of hiccups (no fault of their own), they were able to finish the project in a timely manner. They were good at listening to what we wanted and worked at achieving at. The detail in their work is great, true professionals. Grout lines are perfectly straight. They were able to round the edges of the tiles and did a good job at covering everything to keep things clean. I would definitely recommend Bryan to others.

Bryan did a great job. First class all the way. Not only did he rebuild the shower, he replaced damaged drywall in an adjoining space, making it all look like new. He also suggested using travertine instead if the plain white tile we were replacing with like tile, for the same cost. He replaced valves and hardware and added a shelf for toiletries. The shower is now the focal design element of the room. I am more than pleased.

Overall results were excellent. Bryan came on short notice, bid the job fairly (actually probably below market but tile and grout and site was all ready and he had an opening) and completed as promised. There is some lippage on the kitchen backsplash under cabinets which is most evidenced when the underlighting is on at night but most likely this is because the wall isnt perfectly level. All his cuts were good and he made good use of our tile (minimal waste) and made good decisions about layout. He is an excellent professional and highly recommend.

I was able to get their contact information and call them on a Friday and he was available Saturday. It worked out beautifully. It was a very good experience. His prices were lower than anybody else I talked to. The person did a good job. He was there before I came.

I received contact information from Angie's List on a Wednesday, called Bryan on Thursday - and he agreed to do tiling on Friday. I am very happy with the outcome and with the price.
