His hourly rate is good, but I guess get what you pay for - crap job. Gary is a childish, churlish, and extraordinarily unprofessional plumber. He was hired to fix a dripping faucet, he made it worse then said we needed to replace the fixture. My mother and I discussed what he recommended as the best brand / type to replace it with then asked him to pick the one that would be the best fit. I wasn't there when he installed the one he purchased for us and the base plate was smaller than the one being replaced so the holes cut in the sink were exposed. It looked disgusting. He told my mother there was no better solution that our sink was the issue. 2 weeks later the sink was leaking again so we called him to come take a look, he said our garbage disposal needed replacing. I agreed to his price but pointed out the ugly germ / leak job he did on the faucet installation and he stormed out of the house saying he didn't need this "expletive". I tried to talk to him in a professional way, we just want a sink that doesn't look disgusting and need a solution. He said he would be back with a new garbage disposal to install - but never came back.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE, IT WAS VERY TIMELY. THEY ARE WILLING TO COME OUT PRETTY MUCH ANYTIME YOU CALL THEM. HE CORRECTS THE PROBLEM, AND IN FACT WE ACTUALLY HAVE HIM SEMI-SCHEDULED TO COME OUT TO DO THE WORK WHEN WE AREN'T HERE. THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHO USE HIM.
