+ -1 moreThis contractor installed new parts at the condenser, the condenser fan still would not run properly. It would run for maybe 10 minutes and stop. Then kept trying to run, but would not. We subsequently discovered, through another source, that it was an issue with a clogged primary overflow drain pipe and water sensor. This contractor never even went upstairs to see the upstairs thermostat or furnace. Spent a lot of time on the phone talking to other clients or workers on other projects.
Description of Work: Secondary AC unit for upstairs was not working, though the furnace was.

+ -1 moreThe service went well. Our company has used basic air for all our commercial air conditioning services for the 5 buildings located in Irvine. They have performed routine maintenance, walk in cooler installation, to new A.C. installations craning units on the roof for us. Abe is a great person when it comes to quality and fine workmanship. He stand by his work at all times. Not to mention he is a friendly and good person.
Description of Work: Checked on performance of two A/C units and he Air balanced two offices. In addition he replaced the 12 hour timer for our commercial building.
